He came back the next day to give a temporary patch so we would not have more damage as it continued to rain, even though he was not well, his commitment to me was fore most. It was done on the day they said. After the removal, the roof was done in ONE DAY. My home is over 4,000 sq feet so this was a large job. Gutter contractor came as they promised and gutters were installed with one day. All debris was cleaned up. Roof and gutters look great and make the home a lot more attractive. B E W A R E! After many red flags during my chimney liner install , (including the rudest…read moresupervisor I have ever come in contact with) I decided to hire a third-party just to make sure it was installed correctly and it was safe for use. As suspected, the install was very far from being safe and not to code. They actually attempted to install the wrong type of liner. They removed a chimney cap without my knowledge leaving it open to rain and animals. They connected to a corroded gas line which caused a gas leak resulting in having to call the emergency line over the weekend to come and cut the line and install a valve. They also installed the gas key in the middle of my hardwood floors in front of my hearth with no communication of where they were going to install it. The supervisor sat in his truck the whole time smoking cigarettes with zero communication except a couple cuss words to a few other guys working at my house. I am a contractor. I have a lot of tolerance for contractors. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and dangerous situation this has caused to my home. If you have used them I would urge you to have your own inspection done before continuing to use your fireplace.
