I had heard their ads on our local conservative radio show about their craftsmanship and customer service and it seemed they would be the perfect company for my home remodel... well sad to say the ads aren't what I experienced when contacting them to setup an appointment for a consultation. Spoke to a really nice lady on the phone and explained to her what we were looking to do to our home. She took down our contact information and stated that one of the home remodel salesmen would be in contact to setup an appointment. 30 days past and we heard nothing, so my wife reached out to see what was going on and was informed that the nice lady I originally talked to on the phone had forgot to forward our information to the remodeling department. She was very apologetic, so My wife and I thought well minor over site and wanted to move forward with Southern since they supposedly share our values. Within a few days we were contacted by one of their remodeling specialist and made an appointment with this associates 2 weeks out from our conversation. Appointment day arrives and well the associate was a no show for our consultation. My wife disappointed from the no show reached out to Southern to make sure we were scheduled for a consultation and she confirmed and said she would have the sales associate contact us directly. Their sales associate did reach out to me and was apologetic about missing the appointment stating that an emergency had risen on one of their other jobs and that he was happy to reschedule for another day. While we were appreciative of the call and explanation still doesn't excuse the lack of communication from a company who's ads state they pride themselves on their workmanship and customer experience... especially after my wife and I took off work in order to meet with Southern Exteriors associate. While I can't comment on their workmanship if it's anything like their customer service I'd be taking my business elsewhere like my wife and I. Steve C.

It's been over a month from my last attempt and still no response from him. I have now filed a complaint with BBB. I am pretty sure his non-response to me stems back to March 2025 when I also had to reach out multiple times, and got no response. So after those attempts, I posted a not so good google review. He finally reached out to schedule the appointment. On the day of the appointment, the first thing he said to me when I walked outside to meet him was "I'm gonna need for you take down your review". I advised him that he should have responded. He had a pretty bad attitude. As part of having them install our gutters, we are supposed to get two inspections per year and one gutter cleaning per year. Now in 2026 he is being non responsive again. We had our gutters installed in 2021. So I guess going forward we will have to pay someone else to come clean the gutters, which is what we already paid American Gutter Warriors to do! Think twice about using this company! He was great at the sale and for about 3 years post installation. But after that he doesn't care to hold up his end of the deal.

They review with me their findings and I was surprised to see so much damage to my roof. I agreed to have them repair the roof after the report was sent to the insurance company. The whole process took about a month for finalizing. Now we have a brand-new roof and was professionally done. They followed up with us during the entire process and advise us of everything that was happening, Their professionalism is excellent and their attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced. No regrets at all.

I contacted two roofing companies to come out and provide an estimate on a roof leak. The second…read morecompany that came out was A.L. Nash & Son's Roofing. Mr. Nash came out and looked at the roof but did not have anyone with him and said he would need to come back to get on the roof and assess the problem. Two days later I receive a call from Mr. Nash saying that he had come out, figured out the problem and then completed the work. I was surprised as I had not authorized him to do the work; only to provide a quote. He said it would be $375 for the work. I went ahead and paid because I didn't feel I had a choice. I feel Mr. Nash took matters into his own hands to ensure he got the job by doing it without my explicit authorization. In late December, I noticed that the leak had not been fixed. I contacted I contacted Mr. Nash by email and phone several times without a response. After a month, I sent another email requesting my money back as I needed to get this done and hire a new company. He said that there were no warranties and there was nothing he would do for me. Quite frankly, since he did the work without my consent or a signed contract, how would I even know if there were warranties. Very unprofessional and unethical in my opinion.
