He never tried to change the quote or increase it after my insurance company sent over their approval and numbers! He stuck to his original quote! This is how great this company is, they (Arodi) bought black spray paint and he painted my chimmy cap with a second coat so it looks as nice as the roof and gutters and leaf guards! He also asked the roofing team to paint the pipes and chimney cap on roof, which they did, but they ran out of paint and Arodi said the chimney cap needs a second quote! Amazing customer service! The install team was right on time and did an amazing job. I really luv that they had women on the install team! They used a drone throughout the install process and I could checkout the link to see the whole process and to give me peace of mind that NO shortcuts were taken! Their work was efficient and they met all required compliance upgrades as requested by my insurance company! Clean up was phenomenal as I only found 5 nails around my yard in past two months! They used tarps and a long metal magnetic nail finder! The crew picked up all their trash and they were just very pleasant and kind individuals that take pride in their work! My experience with their gutter and leaf guard install team was just as exceptional! They were on time, efficient and very professional! They also sent me several drone pictures! Amazing job and I couldn't be happier! After months of research, I decided on the CertainTeed shingles in Moir Black due to the thickness, the warranties and outstanding reviews! I was having trouble with the ceiling underneath my garage leaking. I had my whole bathroom…read morerenovated and fixed because I thought it was from piping in the bathroom. Come to find out after having many people come check it out including roofers and plumbers. It ended up being a leak from the roof. Terry was very confident that he could fix my roof leak. And sure enough when they sent their men out to reinstall the shingles and take apart the old one they found the area where the water was intruding and damaging the wood. Just glad they found and fixed it after ongoing issues. In our emailed conversations it was stated he would do both sides of my roof however when his technician got here he said the other was not needed and not placed as a work order on the invoice. I was fine with it as long as they would warrant the other side. However, when I spoke with Terry, he still honored his quote, got his technician to come back out the following week, and got everything I asked done!! Overall a wonderful experience, at a very competitive price, and a thorough job done. I am happy that I decided to go with them! We continued to use them to blow the leaves off our roof and to make other small repairs as needed. About four years later, I asked if we needed a new roof. They went up and inspected and said no, our roof was in great shape. Last year. David S. warned me that we would need a new roof in a year or two. This year our insurance company rated the house because the roof was at least 15 years old. We went ahead and replaced the roof before it was an emergency. Superior Roofing, David S., and the whole installation crew. were professional, prompt and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was installed. The work was completed two days before the January 2026 ice storm. We were warm and cozy and dry under our new roof. I highly recommend Superior Roofing.

HomeSmart was the only company that showed up and handed over a packet with a copy of their liability policy within. They even arranged to have a representative present to walk through the inspection with our insurance company adjuster. Indeed, they totally did the hand-holding thing for my mother whenever she requested it. And the new roof is looking good! (I'd say it looks better than the original roof.) They finished the job on the 2nd day and cleaned up any mess they'd left. Later, they came back to the house to once again meet and talk with our insurance company on extra damage they'd noticed on the gutters. About a week later, we had new gutters (and covers). When…read moreEric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. After The Roof Clinic replaced my roof, I discovered the roof-to-edge section was not up to current building code. It took three months of back-and-forth just to get them to bring it up to required building codes. In addition, there were a few lifted shingles, several nail pops, and their team left debris in my sun tunnel. Recently, it came to my attention that a crucial coupler on the sun tunnel was broken during construction. When I brought the broken coupler to management's attention, Eric's initial response was that their warranty "only covers leaks." Evidently, if the crew breaks your property, you are expected to foot the bill. Although Eric agreed to review the repair estimate, over two weeks have passed, and I have heard nothing since. It is now more than 20 months since the roof was replaced and I am still devoting time and energy on this roof replacement. Courteous, yes; exterior clean up, very good. Professional and prompt, sense of accountability, No.

He resealed my exhaust pipe free of charge and also cleaned out my gutters they may have been causing the water to rise and sit there and be able to get inside.
