There is no way to describe in the limited characters Yelp provides how AWFUL this "company" is…read more This "company" is run by Phil Patrick and he is a con artist. I hired this company to put a new roof on my home, to re-stain my deck, to provide new gutters, and to replace window screens on my house.....all due to hail damage. What should have been a 1 or 2 day job, turned into MONTHS of stress, lies and damage. In the end, the roof was completed, but the subcontractors were never paid, my screens were returned to me months later only after threat of reporting them as stolen to the police, I did not receive any gutters, and my deck was stained with a MAUVE colored solid stain that I had to pay to have stripped and then re-stained. On top of that, due to negligent work, they broke a flue pipe inside my attic, which fell onto the A/C unit and broke the condensation line. This caused an overflow of water started dripping out of our ceiling. Phil tried to blame it on our Heating and Air company. In the end, he agreed to pay them to come repair the work. To date (3 months later) they have still not been paid and I ended up having to pay for the ceiling repair out of my own pocket. During all this time, Phil was constantly trying to get more money, and even went so far as to contact my insurance provider to have the final depreciation check made out to him, and he tried to get information on my bank lender. Due to lack of space here, you can see more details and pictures of the damage caused by this contractor at the following site http://qualityroofingservice.blogspot.com/
