I don't feel qualified to provide a rating for the price value since I did not look for other bidders--our deductible was the same no matter who installed the roof. I suggest calling on them because they are reliable and aim to please. One caution: while there are unforeseeable costs in any job, do double check the estimate prior to beginning. The estimator forgot to include the cost of our new roof vent and it ended up costing us a few hundred more dollars. We owed it, but it was just a surprise when it came time to write the check. This was such a small details, though, that it would not deter me from being a repeat customer.

Residential concerns was the contractor we chose to replace our roof. The insurance company…read morereferred them to us do to the work. We were told that they do good quality work and where very professional. Know that the work is complete we agree fully. They showed up and started the job with no delays and was finished when they said they would be. They were professional and was always willing to answer any questions we had. They did a very good job of keeping the area around the house clean as they worked. We didn't have to continually watch them and remind them of anything as way we have in the past with other contractor. We had no issues at all with them. They were very pleasant and respectful of not only our privacy and property but also the neighbors. We would definitely refer them to anyone and will be using them in the future.

It was an absolute pleasure working with WM Floors for our flooring makeover. The estimate process…read morewas quick and easy and Welliton was so knowledgeable answering all of the questions we had (and we had A LOT) regarding the install. The place we purchased our flooring from presented a few obstacles and Welliton really went above & beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He even took the time to meet us at the location to place our order - if that's not A++ customer service, I don't know what is! On the day of installation, his crew arrived promptly on time and got started on the demo of our 20 year old carpet while he picked up our flooring order. His crew was professional, efficient and true masters of their craft. Home improvement projects can get messy and dusty quickly, but they really did a stellar job of keeping our house clean during the entire process. Our floors turned out absolutely beautiful and we are so happy that we ended up with Welliton and his crew for this project. I truly can't recommend them enough, they really are top notch!

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**…read more WM Floors and I signed a contract to finish the floor and stairs project on Feb 28. Wm Floors broke that contract and it is far from being complete. I wanted to replace the master bedroom carpet and place rubber tiles in the garage. He agreed to help me with that as well, so we agreed that He will make the floor and staircase corrections as well as do the room carpet plus the garage on the week of March 21. I was "scheduled" for that week. Week of March 21 was the latest I was willing to accept the finalization of the project. Since then he has canceled on me 5 times. I no longer want WM Floors to do anything in my house. They are better with floors, but they have no idea about staircases. The staircase is a complete disaster. I was very understanding with them so, I gave them until the week for March 21. I needed to have it done by then because that week I had family coming to stay over from out of town. They came, it was super uncomfortable with all this mess. MOST importantly, the staircase is a dangerous/hazardous the steps are steep, tilted, uneven. Stairs are at didn't heights. Most of the stairs are like this. Someone can trip, slip and fall down the stairs. There is a dangerous wood piece on the top floor on the edge going down the stairs. My mom tripped over it and almost fell down the stairs. She is 62 years old. My aunt with physical disabilities has to use the stairs to get to her room. The top stair below this piece is tilted down (steep) This adds more complexity to this section because anyone can slip on this steep step. With everything being uneven, wrong measurements, and wrong cuts, the posts are uneven and not secure. Many posts wobble back and forward. it will eventually break as we use the stairs and hold on the hand bars. I need the staircase to be fixed completely to prevent any severe injuries or worse. In conclusion, there are too many issues with the project. Everyone who has come to see the project have said they would need to start from scratch. It is very disappointing and frustrating for me because I needed this done by the end of Feb and we are approaching may 2022. Below are videos and documents detailing the issues. Chris Haines was recommended to us by a business where we purchased materials for decking. He told…read moreus that decking was his specialty. He was extremely responsive when it came to getting the quote to us and starting the job. He arrived on time and seemed anxious to get started. After the first couple of days, he just dropped off his brother and a friend and he left them to handle the job. The work was EXTREMELY BAD. If Chris inspected the work, when they finished, he must've been ok with it. We called him back and pointed out several areas we were not happy with. He walked around with his clipboard taking notes assuring us he would take care of everything. Never saw him again! He wouldn't even accept our phone calls. Not long afterwards, one of his workers was waiting outside. He said that Chris had told him that we didn't pay him so Chris couldn't pay him. I told him that was absolutely not true. So not only did Chris not do right by us he didn't even do right by his own worker. We have since hired someone to correct Chris's mistakes. Not only does he have to redo Chris's work but we also have to re-buy almost all the materials. The drainage system Chris installed under our deck leaks and also has to be redone. All in all I wish we had never hired him. What a waste of time and a huge waste of money! I wanted to write this review earlier after it all happened but I didn't want take the time to write it. Chris had already taken up so much of my time/energy. It was only today that I found out that we were going to have to re-purchase almost all new decking material. Because of Chris's poor work ethic and poor craftsmanship, this job is costing us an extra $3000+ easily.
