So, a month after the incorrect windows were installed, including a broken one, I had to call Steve C., our Sales Rep. for an update. He stated that the windows arrived but they were incorrect. Really?!?! So, another round of waiting, compounded by Dr's appointments. Today is 09/11/24. We finally got our perfect gridless windows and french doors installed. The initial installation was 05/23/24. We received, what I think, is an exceptional value. I was able to negotiate on our new french door and, as stated, previously, our installation crews were fabulous. So fabulous, in fact, that the foreman offered his name and number for anything he can help us with, outside of Window World, because of our limitations Our windows are beautiful and we've already seen a decrease in our electric bill. One of the worst situations I've ever dealt with.Im way late with this review but better late than…read morenever. The crew who did the install were incompetent. They left top rails off the fence in some areas. They should have butted my fence up to the neighbors but left a 5 inch gap that the dog could get through. They also left the water running after they left. I called and after being jerked around a guy came to inspect. Finally someone came out and finished except for the 5 inch gap. When I called about the water issue the woman whined and said "water is so cheap, the cheapest utility there is". Absolutely DO NOT use this company!!!If I could I'd give them a zero!!!
