BEST NEST did a fantastic job and did not attempt to take advantage of replacing my roof. Everything that was written or spoken happened. All within 5 days. There are reasons I did not do business with the other companies. I spent months trying to negotiate with them a fair deal for replacing my roof. They could have put on two roofs for what they were trying to charge me. The first company stated they didn't work with insurance companies and offered me a high interest rate credit card of 27%. When I told them I could build a house by the time the roof was paid for; they wanted to negotiate and extend the length of time which is more money in the end for cheaper monthly payments. Two other companies offered to do the job and use the insurance company. I ask how much would it cost. The second company told me the maximum amount your insurance company will pay plus your deductible. I ask again and in so many words the answer was... as much as your insurance company will give us regardless if it takes less money to replace. When I asked for the total price of the roof, the third company said your deductible. I asked several times for total cost and got the same answer. I took that as the same answer as the second company. My roof was in poor condition from previous wind and rain. BEST NEST completed the job in ONE day. They tore off the roof and replaced it with synthetic covering as well as the 50 year shingles that are able to handle the elements. BEST NEST answered ALL of my questions and gave me a quote of the total bill before beginning. Once job was complete I am one SATISFIED customer. I highly recommend BEST NEST RENOVATIONS!!! If you are anything like me, you are not going to take someone's word like that. I will make one suggestion. Consult with more than one company regarding your needs before contacting BEST NEST RENOVATIONS . Compare what they will do for you and cost compared to the other companies offering the same thing, There's no doubt who you will feel more comfortable working with.
