They were fine the first few times. A man and woman came. The woman doesn't speak English so she relied on him and a friend on the phone to tell her what to do. The few weeks he came with her it was ok. But even the first visit she missed things. He stopped coming and she came on her own and was always missing this. And not little things. She would forget or skip cleaning bathrooms. This went on for a while. Finally I spoke to him and said she didn't do a good job and I maybe our house is too big for her alone. He said he would speak to her and call me back. Nope, never heard from him again, which is fine cause we didn't want to deal with her again. But his gross unprofessionalism is why I'm writing this review. Lastly, I would be invoiced days after service, which is fine but they charge late fees and sometimes I wouldn't even see the invoice come in. So nope, would not recommend based on her work and his unprofessionalism. read more
