To be clear, the cleaner herself worked hard and did her best, but the overall experience was uncomfortable, overpriced, and felt duplicitous. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.

They said they would be at my home in 30 minutes. It was more than that, but no big deal. I told them the most important thing was the floors. If other things needed to not be done, it would be ok. They said they would finish the job. Alex and another guy showed up. When I asked about the carpet cleaning, he said he didn't know about that and didn't bring the cleaner. I offered mine and my cleaning solution if they could just do it. He agreed. We left for a couple hours and they had finished and left just before we got home. When I walked jn, the house smelled wonderful ... so clean! But so many things weren't done that I kinda expected considering I requested a deep clean. For instance, none of the front of the appliances in the kitchen had been wiped down. My bedside table wasn't dusted. The sliding glass door wasn't cleaned (I didn't specifically request that but ...). The banisters of the stairs weren't wiped down. And, quite honestly, I doubt the carpet was actually cleaned. Granted, my home looked and smelled better than when I left. But the tab wound up coming up to $184 plus tax for a total of $198 and some change. First, nothing additional was requested from the original estimate. Second, so many things were not done that I felt should have been done considering I requested a deep clean. And then there's the carpet cleaning question. Both guys were very pleasant. No issue with that at all. But I definitely don't think they did a job worth almost $200. Will not call them again.
