After contacting FixerMaster and talking to Jonathan - he was super honest with what needed to be fixed and what didn't. Then while doing the work Jonathan has been one of the best people I have EVER worked with. Even after the job was done and I wanted a couple alterations he came back and wouldn't take my money. My floors look amazing and they also helped me paint my walls and do some other things. Definitely a gem.

Don't hire them. This has been easily the worst experience I've had hiring a handyman service. I…read morehired them to install shelves, fix the frame of my front door, and replace a sliding pocket door. I was quoted about $200 less than other services, so I figured I was getting a great deal. The person they sent out stayed over 12 hours when I was told the work would take 3-4- the majority of which he struggled with the pocket door. The shelves and front door frame are perfect but the pocket door literally fell off the top hinges and scraped the inside of the door compartment anytime it was used. When I contacted the manager of this company, he apologized and agreed to send somebody out to fix the door. Well, he sent somebody but didn't notify me that he was so I wasn't home when the handyman arrived. Despite repeated attempts to reach them and set up another time for them to come out and fix what should've been fixed the first time, I have gotten no reply for weeks. I wish I'd spent the extra $200 to hire somebody else originally. Sometimes you get what you pay for, so if you're looking for half-assed work and shitty communication these are the people for you. In response to the owner: your company had so many opportunities to do the right thing. It shouldn't take me seeking out a new method of communicating with you to get the work done. I didn't want a refund- what I wanted was for it to be fixed. The dishonesty and gaslighting is obscene

Mike, the owner of this establishment, even removed three old ceiling fans inside my home and replaced them with three sleek new fans FOR FREE!! This by far was the best service I've had! They actually took great care doing this work and treated my home like it was their own!I now have the dream home I wanted and it was affordable. I have recommended him to daddy and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to repair or modernize their home for a reasonable price!! Keyonna

I was referred to this company from a handyman that was doing some work on my home. I spoke to the…read moreowner of the company. His name is Victor. Unfortunately, he had convinced me that he would be able to come out and upgrade my electric panel since I had multiple electrical things that I had added with a renovation I'm a general contractor so I'm always looking really good people to support me for the multiple properties that I work on annually. So I look forward to working with him, and he was very strong his supportive of upgrading my panel to a 200 panel and one of the homes were renovating When he arrived, he had a worker that called me or connected with me and told me that I did not need to have the upgrade. I was concerned because I felt like if he just added in double breakers to give me more room in the panel that it still would be a lot of taxation on the electrical needs of that house was pulling, but he assured me it would not. After they finished the work, I did pay them feeling that they were competent and understood the needs of the work that I was trying to accomplish. The next day, I got to the house and realized that my HVAC system had not been connected to the panel and they insisted that it had been. So I ended up spending $250 calling out an HVAC person to look at the HVAC system. Should there be an issue with the Hvac. He quickly identified that they did not connect all of the electrical into the panel. He connected it for me and then the Hvac worked without a problem but here I have now lost another $250 due to their lack of being responsible with basic electrical for this panel and connecting the HVAC I reached out to them on this and shared the issue and I was unable to get any responses back. I spent multiple times reaching out to them and nothing came back for any kind of response from Victor. Who did this work for me. Further to that I had an electrician come out to do some work for me to run wiring for a hot tub and he stated to me that they should have upgraded the panel with GFCI breakers, and it was not a good thing that they had left me with the original panel doubling up breakers because he said that we were drawing too much power and more than likely this will cause damage and I'll have to upgrade this panel in the near future They charge me almost as much to do the job of doubling breakers up as it would've been to replace the panel, and I feel very misled and absolutely out more money because of mistakes that they made. I would highly recommend that you do not use this company because they will not respond to you when they make do not care about making things right. If I had called them back in the near future to do work for 10 or $15,000 which I had planned to do on our next job that we're working on I could've lost so much more with this company. They will not call you back. They do not care and they will just come in and get the quick buck and leave you hanging if their work is not done correctly. Please, please please stay far away from this company.

Two areas needed sheetrock and mud and the third just needed mud for the wall. I was hesitant to go with this company since they didn't have any reviews yet, but since they had the Yelp Shield guarantee (up to $2500) I took the chance. I am glad none of the other contractors got back to me because I couldn't be happier with the work and performance of the contractor/this company. Communication from the get go was excellent starting from New Years Day when I first reached out. Always responded quickly. I have had some really bad experiences in the past with contractors (especially drywall) and my husband is extremely picky so I was very nervous! I will definitely use this company again for any future work and highly recommend them. Alfredo Reyes is who did our work. He did speak very little English, but the only time we really needed to communicate (confirming arrival time for the next day) we texted the company and they answered immediately, so that was a non-issue. Alfredo was friendly, always on time and cleaned up very well. The job was completed quickly and on time. The price for the job was also very reasonable. Very, very pleased.

Come to find out after having many people come check it out including roofers and plumbers. It ended up being a leak from the roof. Terry was very confident that he could fix my roof leak. And sure enough when they sent their men out to reinstall the shingles and take apart the old one they found the area where the water was intruding and damaging the wood. Just glad they found and fixed it after ongoing issues. In our emailed conversations it was stated he would do both sides of my roof however when his technician got here he said the other was not needed and not placed as a work order on the invoice. I was fine with it as long as they would warrant the other side. However, when I spoke with Terry, he still honored his quote, got his technician to come back out the following week, and got everything I asked done!! Overall a wonderful experience, at a very competitive price, and a thorough job done. I am happy that I decided to go with them! Thank you, superior roofing and Terry and David for your excellent service!
