I sent him a follow-up message via the yelp app (same day) to ensure that he still plans on arriving for our appointment. Unfortunately, he never showed up nor sent me a follow-up message that he would not show up for the appointment. I am sure he does great work and perhaps he has alot of appointments but it may be important for his business to hire an assistant and as a result I won't give him a chance for a future project.

The best thing about working with Jay, was that he had good input for us in helping to figure out what we wanted to do with our laundry room and to fix the broken design on our accent wall.
