I sent him a follow-up message via the yelp app (same day) to ensure that he still plans on arriving for our appointment. Unfortunately, he never showed up nor sent me a follow-up message that he would not show up for the appointment. I am sure he does great work and perhaps he has alot of appointments but it may be important for his business to hire an assistant and as a result I won't give him a chance for a future project.
