He offered to leave equipment to eradicate spores in the entire house, oversee future work personally (or someone of his level), and send a third party to test the air for mold to ensure full abatement has been achieved. We appreciate his efforts to remedy the situation and make us feel safer! Some of the best customer service we have received. Thank you Neier & One Stop Restoration for following up on our concerns.
