Claro identified a significant issue and laid out a clear, comprehensive plan to handle it--including installing a dehumidifier, fogging the basement, scrubbing down the contaminated surfaces, and removing materials that couldn't be saved. They were incredibly easy to work with and answered every single question we had along the way. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received, and I loved that they stood behind their work by providing third-party air quality testing both before and after the job. On top of that, their office was flexible with our schedule and kept us updated every step of the way. I deeply appreciate the care and respect they showed my mother, and I highly recommend their team.

Jamey, the owner of Squeaky Clean, describes Squeaky Clean as a Christian owned cleaning business…read morespecializing in carpet cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning. His website displays the Christian fish symbol. The fish symbol/ixthus is based on a Greek acronym for the phrase Jesus Christ, God's Son, Savior. The phrase Jesus Christ, God's Son, Savior is a summary of biblical truth regarding the Lord, and the Christian fish symbol is a way to express faith in Him. But following Christ involves much more than displaying an ixthus. Jesus spoke often of the necessity of inward truth as opposed to outward shows of religion. Those who use a Christian fish symbol should make sure they ACTUALLY KNOW CHRIST, TRUST HIM AS SAVIOR, and OBEY HIM AS LORD. My experience with Squeaky Clean was the antithesis of what I would have expected from a Christian owned business. I am left wondering, is the owner and staff of this family-owned, self-described Christian business disorganized, careless or indifferent to his customers' cleaning needs? My story: My first call to Squeaky Clean was on 11/13/25. Successive calls were made on 11/18, 11/24, 12/5. Over this period, I leaned of Squeaky Clean's approach to handwashing windows, soft washing siding and bundling services for a discount. Jamey, the owner, asked me to send him pictures of the outside of my house, specifically the number of windows. I did. Then Jamey's stepfather Bill came on 12/18 to take pictures himself. I asked Bill when my work would be scheduled. Bill said Jamey would call me. Since December was the Christmas and New Year holiday season, I understood I may not be scheduled until the beginning of January. I received no call. Several times I tried calling the business number shown on the website and emailing the address provided. I finally received a call from Jamey; he said his cell phone is the best way to communicate. I was finally scheduled for March 18 and was told someone would arrive 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. No one showed. Around 12:30 p.m. I called Jamey to tell him no one had come yet; Jamey did not return my call. Later in the afternoon, Victor called. He said he would come to my house after he had done something with his tire(s). An hour later Victor still had not arrived. I called Jamey again and told him to tell Victor not to come as the time was late. I added, if Jamey was not able to contact Victor, I would tell Victor to leave when he arrived due to the late time. Again, no return call. Victor called again one hour after he called the first time and told me he would arrive in another hour. Late afternoon, approximately 5:30 p.m.! Victor was supposed to hand wash my windows, soft wash the siding, clean the desk (with a cleaning agent I was providing; my deck is TimberTech and cannot be pressure washed), clean the carpet and clean the tile and grout in one of the bathrooms. Victor said the work would not take long because my house is small. I told him the deck cannot be pressure washed. I think he had no idea of the care needed for a TimberTech deck although I had emailed Jamey the instructions from the TimberTech website. This time, I told Victor myself not to come. I've not heard from Jamey or anyone since this fiasco. Squeaky Clean deserves not even a 1 star rating. Too bad there are no negative stars.

PuroClean made the process of having my flooded wood floors ripped out and replaced painless and…read moreeasy. This is an update to a previous review. So it turns out my wood floor buckling was much worse than originally thought. The dehumidifier and tent installed by Adam at PuroClean did a great job of drying out the moisture beneath my floors. Unfortunately, before the buckling even began, before I even noticed any damage, and before PuroClean came out the first time, the water had apparently been sitting for quite a while doing it's damage to the wood and also began creeping up my walls, separating my bottom molding from my wall. It took over a week for that damage to make itself known because between myself and the guys at Puroclean, every inch of my condo had been checked for possible additional water damage (aside from the floors). When I noticed it late at night I frantically called Stuart thinking I must have a burst pipe in my wall, and he was out first thing the next morning to determine where the water could have been coming from. We found it was residual water from the original flood and he installed heaters and another dehumidifier to dry out my walls and prevent further damage. By the end of the whole fiasco, I had 4 separate areas of buckling on my floors where the water had had a chance to sit before the PuroClean guys were able to work their magic and dry out all the moisture, and a small hole behind my bottom baseboard on my wall where we were trying to determine the cause of the moisture in the wall. At that point it was clear I needed to rip up my floors and install new ones. My project manager from PuroClean, Dax, took care of all the details for me. He referred me to a great flooring guy and plumber to fix the flood. In addition to the great referrals, Dax coordinated all the work including the demo work done by his guys and installation of the new floors with the flooring guy, essentially taking all the worry and work out of my hands. All I had to do was be present to let them in and do the work. The demo work was done by Adam, Tony, and Derek at PuroClean. These guys worked until they were utterly exhausted to pull up my floors, that we later learned had been improperly installed by the original builders. They were such hard and enthusiastic workers. They also happen to love cats and were patient when my deaf rescue cat continued to venture out to explore, undeterred by the loud banging associated with pulling up the floors. All the PuroClean employees were genuine joys to work with. As a female that lives alone, I am often cautious about having workers come to work when I am home alone, but that concern never entered my head with these guys. They were polite, friendly, professional, and patient with pets and a genuine joy to work with. PuroClean really made what would normally be an awful and upsetting situation as painless as possible. They got all the estimates for me, found the best vendors, and took care of all the head-ache causing situations that arise when your condo is flooded and your floors are ruined. Most importantly, the quality of their work was phenomenal, and I truly could not be happier with the end result. As much as I wish the flood and need for new floors never occurred, I really don't think I could have asked for a better outcome. I truly can't think of any criticism to raise about PuroClean.

BIG MISTAKE!! We had…read moreour basement built out by Mister Ladder in 2021. At the time, all the contractors used were professional and honest. We had a minor issue with one of the contractors drinking beer while on the job, and we only found out because he left the beer can in the basement. I immediately contacted Bobby Hayes, and he took care of it. Fast forward to 2025, we had a leak in the basement bathroom that they installed. When we went to repair it, we discovered from another contractor that the plumbing had not been done up to code. We called Mister Ladder, and they informed us that Bobby was no longer with the company, so I needed to contact him directly, which I did. He said he would send a plumber to our house to fix the issue, but I haven't heard anything since. I have tried to call him several times, leaving messages, and he is nonresponsive. I called back to Mister Ladder, and they said that they were never contracted to install the plumbing, only install the items for the bathroom. They were contracted to install a sump pump and ejector pump, but the installation was done incorrectly. They are not assisting with getting this resolved, and the integrity I thought this company had was all smoke and mirrors.
