HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! *please read my whole review and…read moreadded comments at the end for my response to their reply* Team was friendly at first and showed me pictures of their work (which was super deceiving), however, after they left I was able to thoroughly inspect the work provided. I had a basic HVAC clean. When i went upstairs, i realized air vents on the ceiling were re-installed WITHOUT SCREWS. This was apparent in several locations. The few that had screws were drilled too far and stripped the surface therefore also making the vents loose. Additionally, work done in the attic with the hvac ducts was improperly reinstalled to the point of the ducts pushing vents out of ceilings and protruding into the room. Because of all of these reasons, and so many vents falling out of my ceiling, i had personally property that was damaged. When I reached out 7 times, they never responded until I disputed it with my bank (funny how that works, right?). Then they wanted to come and fix their issues. They gave me the "landlord special" and didnt address the personal property damaged that was caused due to their negligence. Their response when i showed them the personal property damage was "we didnt do that." I had moved into my house 2 weeks prior and none of the issues were on the detailed inspection report. I shared all of my photos, inspections, etc with my bank and finally am finished with that. All in all, I cannot recommend using LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE more. That is unless you are okay with poor service, property damage, and negligent & arrogant team members. Hope this helps. Attaching 2 out of hundreds of photos. *reply- find it so funny and interesting that you say you cannot reinstall registers without screws and yet that is exactly what occurred. I have photos, inspections reports, and a secondary company coming in to review your work and they were appalled! Your company can claim you did nothing wrong and remediated the situation but you did not. Property damage was done. You can claim it was not your fault, but clearly both our banks agreed it was from the overwhelming amount of proof provided by me. The remediated situation was a temporary fix and the second those registers need to be checked or cleaned again, the issue will represent itself. Do not claim that you guys did nothing wrong and fixed the issue when you very clearly did not. I submitted 25 pages of proof to the bank. I did call you 7 times with no response and also have proof of that. This company would be better off just admitting their mistakes rather than lying. Thanks! The…read moreowner of All HVAC Services had referred me to ZeroRez stating that in his opinion, they were the company that did the best duct cleaning from any of the companies he'd seen. So, I called & set up my services. The two guys that came out were professional and did a great job cleaning the ducts as well as the dryer vent. They stated that everything was back in place, turned the lights off in the attic & closed the door. They provided before and after photos of the inside of the vents. I was happy with the work. Stupidly, I didn't think to go in to the attic to double check. I even referred some of my neighbors to ZeroRez. That was until I recently had an issue with my a/c which prompted me to go in to the attic with All HVAC Services owner. When we went in to the attic, we found some of the ductwork laying on the floor & the webbing that had previously held the ductwork in place was cut & laying on the insulation in my attic. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. The owner of All HVAC Services told me to contact ZeroRez to let them know, so I called. That was almost two weeks ago & still haven't received a call back from a manager. All HVAC Services owner was apologetic since he referred me to ZeroRez. The owner fixed the duct work and added it to the other items I had to have fixed. In the end I'll say, the initial cleaning was great. Neither I, nor the HVAC team could figure out why ZeroRez cut the webbing from the duct work as this was not necessary and ended up costing me more money. They could have at the very least notified me that they had to cut it for whatever reason, but failed to say anything. I could have had it fixed right away if I had known. ZeroRez customer service, when it comes to issues/complaints is not good. I expected more given the way the company initially started its service with me. I'm very disappointed in the overall outcome and tbh, not sure I'll recommend them to anyone else.

The station does have long pump lines which means it will stretch to either side of the car so you can choose any lane; you don't have to choose a lane that has the pump on the same side as your gas tank. I usually find it worth the wait since the gas is cheaper than other stations nearby.

Try to use there off hours like afternoon or late evenings. The place is maintianed clean and neat. Customer service is great. You have a attendent to help you at any time. Membership based fuel centers who sell Top Tier rated fuel. Kirkland Signature Gasoline is formulated to clean your engine and help your vehicle run like new. Costco always offers the finest quality products at the best possible price. Their fuel is no exception. This Costco location on Peachtree Dunwoody road is excellent. It's close to the GA 400. The traffic layout of the parking lot around the gas area leaves a lot of room to be desired.

I called Plumbing Express to investigate and resolve a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. The leak was directly below my master bathroom toilet, which my sister and I had already narrowed down by tapping on the kitchen ceiling downstairs while listening upstairs, where the sound was clearly strongest near the master bathroom toilet. The technician briefly inspected both bathrooms but focused on my sister's bathroom on the opposite side of the house after noticing a damp sponge under the toilet tank. My sister explained the sponge was there because she sprays and cleans the toilet regularly, not because of a leak. The plumber then cut open the kitchen ceiling drywall, stated the leak was coming from the water supply line from my sister's toilet, and performed a complete toilet tank rebuild for $450. After the repair, he gave me a card for a company that performs restorations and recommended I call them to inspect for subfloor damage. When that restoration company arrived, they immediately stated there was no way the ceiling leak could have originated from the secondary bathroom because of the location and no evidence of water stains. They recommended another plumber and a leak detection company come out to find the leak before they performed any work. I contacted a second plumber, who agreed the leak was much more likely connected to the master bathroom toilet directly above the leak area. Finally, I hired a leak detection company, and they also confirmed the leak aligned with the master bathroom location, not the secondary bathroom Plumbing Express repaired. At this point, three separate professionals have stated the leak could not have originated from the bathroom Plumbing Express serviced. I paid $450 for a repair that did not address the actual problem I originally called about. In Response to Ty G: Your response is totally incorrect. I would not have called the second plumber and the leak detection company if your recommended restoration company had not told me that the leak was not identified. The pictures taken are of the secondary bathroom not the master as we discussed in our phone call. It is totally "disingenuous" for you to now state that the master toilet was the issue. This validates everything I thought about your company. Others beware!

This is the one at 1856 Piedmont Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30324, next to The Pagoda Chinese Restaurant and across the street from Sprouts Farmers Market. I originally planned to fill up at the BP at the corner of Cheshire Bridge and Lindbergh (2320 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE), not too far away, but some of their pumps were out of premium *and* the price for premium was over $4 a gallon (this was before the war in Ukraine caused prices to spike). I know you don't go to BP for cheap gas, but even I have my limits. I continued on home, saw this BP, and pulled in. Sub-$4 premium gas and $0.12 per gallon cash back via GetUpside was good enough for me. Unlike most gas stations I've used GetUpside at, in order to get cash back at this BP, I had to submit a photo of my receipt to GetUpside. It was an extra step. It can also cause a delay (2-4 business days) in the processing time for the cash back. If you haven't used GetUpside (app) before, I recommend it. Use my invite code DANIEL66482 to get an extra $0.15 per gallon cashback the first time you use the app. The app has worked well for me over the past 1.5+ years. It's free cash back with no gimmicks, so a no-brainer, like the restaurant app Seated (which I also use). This is your run-of-the-mill BP. It's small, with only 8 pumps, 4 on either side of the convenience store. No automatic car wash. I used pump 7 and the buttons and receipt area were dirty and worn. The pump worked fine, though, and disengaged at the right time. Receipt printed clearly. This BP is open 24/7. I visited on a Tuesday shortly after 8pm and I saw an employee ride up on his bike to start his shift. He was in good spirits. "Piedmont BP" is what printed on top of my pump receipt here.

That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to confirm my usual crew. I let the crew know I'd be leaving during the cleaning and asked them to leave through the back door (which is deadbolt only and impossible to lock from outside). Note: I've done many times before without issue. Instead, they locked both the back door and the front door, including the knob on my keyless entry front door, which should never be locked. I came home to find myself completely locked out during triple-digit heat. I waited 45 minutes for a locksmith and paid $120 out of pocket, and my front door was scratched during entry. While I was home, an expensive bottle of facial product was also broken during the visit. After a few email exchanges with the company where they did not seem to care about the customer experience, I asked for the issue to be escalated to management. I received a reply though it's unclear whether it actually came from someone in a management role. The company denied any responsibility for the locksmith cost and the broken facial product. Overall, there was no real customer service effort to make things right. I wanted to leave an honest review because three years of loyalty should count for something when something goes wrong. Be cautious when considering this company. if you're not going to be home, confirm exactly who is coming, and don't assume your usual crew will show up. Take pictures of anything out of the ordinary or broken since the company will not take the customers word.

But they came back, did the advanced (deeper) enzyme treatment I had originally booked, and refunded me for the hassle, which I really appreciated. Both times the techs were pleasant and efficient. I also appreciated that, prior to treatment, they used a black light to thoroughly assess the problem. One thing to know is that the smell can actually get worse for a few days after deep enzyme cleaning (which really surprised me!). Keeping the windows closed at first, then airing out, running two air purifiers on turbo, and vacuuming thoroughly really helped. Vacuuming is so important because it lifts leftover VOC particles that cause "ghost smell" even after enzyme treatment. I also used an odor powder (Rocco & Roxie) over the carpet, left it for 24 hours, then vacuumed again. Blocking off the area with aluminum foil and barriers helped stop my cat from re-marking the same spots too. In the end, Citrus Fresh helped me save my carpet. I'd recommend them -- just know to stick with it, ask for the advanced treatment and be patient if you have a tough pet mess like mine!

He took great pride in the services he offers in a industry that can feel kind of like roofers or used car sales. Integrity Air stood above and beyond the others I spoke with. It was clear they were the right company to select. He and his brother arrived promptly and got to work. They took videos to show me up close before and after views of the work they did. Great Service! I was contacted quickly after requesting a quote and appointment was set within my time frame requested. Aviv arrived within the window promised. He let me know he was on the way so I could make sure my pets were out of the way. Project ended up being a bit more than a dryer vent cleaning as my dryer vents had a few issues and needed retaped and reconnected to the outside vent. It was kind of a big mess, but they were great and got it to the way it should be and charged me a very reasonable price for all of their work. We were selling our house in Cumming, GA and decided to get the ducts cleaned. After living in the house for 15 years we were horrified with what came out during the cleaning!!! We even saw some of the debris from the original construction over 20 years ago. Needless to say, will will be having our ducts cleaned by Aviv and the folks at Integrity on a regular basis now. My dryer had been working I effectively so I scheduled Integrity Air Care to come clean my dryer vent. They scheduled an appointment for the following day and showed up within the window of time they said they would arrive. They quickly cleaned my dryer vent and showed me an issue that might need correcting in the future. They gave me advice to prevent the vent from becoming blocked in the future. The vent is clean and the dryer is working much better than before. I highly recommend Integrity if you need your vents cleaned. read more

They are on time, courteous, very professional. Also they came out of their area to service my job. The…read moreowner of All HVAC Services had referred me to ZeroRez stating that in his opinion, they were the company that did the best duct cleaning from any of the companies he'd seen. So, I called & set up my services. The two guys that came out were professional and did a great job cleaning the ducts as well as the dryer vent. They stated that everything was back in place, turned the lights off in the attic & closed the door. They provided before and after photos of the inside of the vents. I was happy with the work. Stupidly, I didn't think to go in to the attic to double check. I even referred some of my neighbors to ZeroRez. That was until I recently had an issue with my a/c which prompted me to go in to the attic with All HVAC Services owner. When we went in to the attic, we found some of the ductwork laying on the floor & the webbing that had previously held the ductwork in place was cut & laying on the insulation in my attic. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. The owner of All HVAC Services told me to contact ZeroRez to let them know, so I called. That was almost two weeks ago & still haven't received a call back from a manager. All HVAC Services owner was apologetic since he referred me to ZeroRez. The owner fixed the duct work and added it to the other items I had to have fixed. In the end I'll say, the initial cleaning was great. Neither I, nor the HVAC team could figure out why ZeroRez cut the webbing from the duct work as this was not necessary and ended up costing me more money. They could have at the very least notified me that they had to cut it for whatever reason, but failed to say anything. I could have had it fixed right away if I had known. ZeroRez customer service, when it comes to issues/complaints is not good. I expected more given the way the company initially started its service with me. I'm very disappointed in the overall outcome and tbh, not sure I'll recommend them to anyone else.
