Professional, thorough, and affordable! Called them out originally for a dryer vent clean. Not only did they clean it, but they also corrected the bad job a previous contractor did of installing it. At my request, he replaced the some of the defective parts since he had time, and now we have a safer and efficient setup. I haven't had to run the dryer multiple times on the same load since. The peace of mind is worth so much more than what they charged, too! We used DDG again to clean the rest of our ducts because we noticed our ac was having trouble keeping up with the heat. A few days later, and we're in a nice cool and clean house, it feels so much better to have clean airflow! Etay and Raffi completed our dryer duct cleaning which was a difficult job since they had to climb on the roof in summer heat and crawl into the attic. Ty and his father are an amazing team. I bought a house and realized the previous owners thought PM meant in the afternoon instead of preventive maintenance. The duct system had never been cleaned since being put in (1997). My allergies were having a difficult time.
