We contacted this company to do a repair on our toilet, hot water heater, and install a ceiling fan…read moreand tankless water heater under our kitchen sink. They were usually 2-4 hours late in arrival time. The water heaters were plumbed incorrectly- he used the wrong couplings, tubing and also installed improperly. He turned the pressure up to 160 (60 is the max per professionals). The valve had to be replaced and we paid $1,000 to a master plumber to re - plumb correctly and replace the valve. The ceiling fan was wired backward. They would not return my calls or text when I asked them to come fix it. Very poor quality and customer service.

** Great experience from beginning to end **…read more Jose his foreman Manuel and the rest of their team did a remarkable job on installing new baseboards, drywall and painting the interior of my home. They were extremely knowledgeable about the quality of the various paint brands and Manuel took the extra time out to accompany me to the paint store to ensure I received spot on color matching and the best deal on pricing. Jose and his team are dedicated to providing quality service, his team shows up on time, greets you with good energy and smiles, goes right to work, and even cleans up after themselves "which was an added plus for me". I called the Handyman of GA LLC because I needed someone to paint the ceiling of my screened porch…read more I called one day, and after emailing pictures of the job site I was able to negotiate the price over the phone and someone was on the site the next day. The workman was prompt and very pleasant. He worked diligently all day and when he was done he cleaned up and left the place looking better than when he got there. I couldn't be happier with the result! Now I can get the porch ready for company and no longer have to worry about how long it will take to get a painter to do the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Hired the carpenter to install new front doors that came with a jamb. Paid top dollar ($1200.) only…read moreto have multiple areas of damage to our brand new doors (see attached photos). The doors are fiberglass and the manufacturing company told me it would take a major blow to crack and indent the exterior surface of this door. When I pointed out the damages to the jamb to the carpenter, I was told "it came that way." They did not come that way. It took 2 days for 2 supposedly experienced carpenters to install doors that they had to remove after fully installed to correct problems that kept the doors from shutting. They were almost almost an hour late each day. They took 3 to 4 cigarette breaks per hour. They were not prepared with basics such as screws of various lengths, tools needed to plane a warped area in the opening for the door, spray foam to seal gaps in spaces, etc. I reached out to the carpenter and he flatly denied any damage occurred due to their installation and work with our doors. No willingness to assume any responsibility for their substandard work. Use caution if you hire this company. We have to buy another door to replace the damaged one.

Although Frick's was among the more affordable companies, I chose them based on Joseph's genuine sincerity in making sure I was happy with the work. He thoroughly explained how he would do things, made recommendations that saved me money and put all the specifics in writing. I appreciated his attention to details. Joseph and his crew did a magnificent job bringing this worn, disheveled, damaged house back to life. The home looks fresh and brand new. Every wall, ceiling and trim was painted. I have all new, gorgeous flooring. They made all kinds of repairs to the house, that if I had to hire someone for every kind of repair, would have cost me much more. I am thrilled with my "new" house and grateful to Joseph and his team of professionals.

Initially, the insurance was only going to pay for a partial roof replacement along with some ceiling repairs, but after Shay worked his magic, they not only agreed to reroof the whole thing, but they also agreed to redeck it as well. The roof replacement actually took place today, and I couldn't be happier with the results! First of all, Adam Chastain, who oversaw everything, is awesome at what he does. He's great at communicating and was easy to get in contact if I needed anything. Best of all, he guided his team to do top-notch work for me at every phase of the job...from the decking installation, to the drip edges on the rake edges and the eave edges, flashing around the dormers, to the actual installation of the shingles themselves, and more. Additionally, Adam had his team do a couple of things that weren't even called for in the contract like replacing the decrepit flashing around my chimney and having them seal and repair a leaky attic window that had been the source of a lot of water damage in the past. Furthermore, the crew themselves were hard working, skilled, and super friendly. I genuinely couldn't be any more pleased with my roof replacement. I'm really glad I went with this company, and I'm now recommending them to a good friend of mine who's also in the market for a roof replacement.
