Special shout-out to Otis, who helped me resolve a dryer issue in a matter of minutes. No upselling, no confusion -- just quick problem-solving that saved me time and frustration. Immediately after I enter the door the cashier asked can he help me and I said yes and explained what items that I was looking for. He told me to check out 2 isles for items one was there the other was somewhere else another employee on a different isle showed me exactly what I was looking for.Good product for sensitive skin.The cashier also asked me did I have a Ace Hardware card which I didn't. At the other location I was not asked about it at all. Great customer service from the employees here. Pull up and check them out for yourself. Definitely worth the trip not a disappointment.
