I posted a photo of my invoice as to not have my review discredited. The newly installed toilet was not secured to the floor and the flange was broken which caused a water leak. I was really happy with my interaction with Mighty Plumbing and I understand mistakes happen. But this mistake has caused me additional money and frustration. Could I have had Mighty Plumbing come back and fix what they broke? Of course, but at this point I had zero confidence and went to someone I trust. My handyman came behind them and explained what happened. He told me that I was lucky the water leak wasn't much worse...#blessed Buyer beware. A toilet install is pretty basic. The whole experience from start to finish was not good. This was a time sensitive job. It was to place a 60" whirlpool tub in a condo. First of all they were scheduled to come out on the Friday. We had tile scheduled to go in on Monday. They didn't show up. No call or anything. When I called Adrian, he said he was sick. We rescheduled for the following Monday. On the job site they were not happy. Adrian seemed bewildered and his partner seemed palpably angry and not willing to do the work. Setting a whirlpool tub in a tight space is not easy. It took some prodding and instructions on how to fit the tub in the pre-framed 60" space. But they were able to do it. That night they sent an invoice then Adrian called and seemed very much in a hurry to get paid. After negotiating I paid. Then I came the next day and saw that they had cracked the lip of the tub in one corner. The damage is not obvious but it was a brand new tub! It would have been a huge hassle to do it over and get compensated, so it is something I decided to live with. Mighty Plumbing has worked for me and my dad for two decades starting with Bobby Massino. They always did good work and were very friendly and pleasant. But Adrian has taken it over now apparently and the work has slipped in my opinion, and it seems outrageously expensive. We had just paid them $6500 to put in a new water line to my dad's house and it did the job. It was only about 50 feet of black pipe and I thought $110-120 a linear a foot for that was high but they got the job done satisfactorily and they were pleasant and professional. In fact Adrian has always seemed like a nice honest guy. Very friendly and easy to work with. But this latest deal was just too much. Maybe they were having a bad day but my day wasn't much better after the no-show and cracked tub. I couldn't recommend them less. read more

Robert (Bobby) and his right-hand man, Adrian, were as professional and as knowledgeable as you can get. I live in a high-rise condo in Midtown ATL, which is a difficult job for most plumbers due to the difficulty in shutting the water off. Most plumbers didn't even give me the time of day to do this job -or- wanted to take my head off in pricing. Bobby and Adrian came in a knocked out three bathroom valves in a matter of an hour. On top of that, they quoted me a reasonable price (compared to the competition) and very friendly to do business with; gave me advice for other small plumbing maintenance items around the condo that I could handle on my own. Seriously-- while these guys weren't even able to come out, because, like so many others right now, they're backed up for ages, they still helped me out. He talked to me calmly for a long time to walk through what might be the issue, then walked me through turning off a valve to stop water leaking on my floor. He then insisted I call him back in an hour just so we could make sure the issue was what he thought and that everything was okay- even though they wouldn't be able to come out. How great is that? I reached out to these guys like a month or so ago when I had a water leak issue in the attic. The guy I talked to on the phone was super nice, cool, and helpful. He suggested it might not be my pipes, but my roof, because I had leaks in more than one pipe, which would be possible, but unlikely. He said therefore it's most likely the roof vent seal, and he didn't want to send a guy out and have me pay if it's the roof and not a pipe. He went into detail for me and answered all of my questions when I called. Everything he said made perfect sense! Then it was up to me to get on the roof and test it out! Did a test and we thought it's still the pipes, though we also noticed there's a roof vent leak too (old houses are fun). So we reached back out to them as soon as we could, and they got a guy (Jason Saenz) out for us as soon as we got back from vacation. For our schedule it was perfect. Jason showed up and we found the leaks, then he cut out and reinstalled sections of the pipe that were missing. And applied lots of glue and whatnot to ensure all is sealed. He was nice, hard-working, and got the job done quickly. I found the pricing to be totally fair. They also sent invoice via email, and told me there's a one year warranty, which made me feel extremely comfortable with it all. I will absolutely use them again for all of my plumbing needs. We just had an excellent experience with Mighty Plumbing! Our shower was being slow to drain so we (naively) had Roto-Rooter come out to take a look. We were told something must have fallen down our drains and we'd need to spend thousands to tear out walls to get to the pipe / the blockage. Needless to say we wanted a second opinion. The first thing I loved about Mighty was that when I called and explained we had a slow draining shower, the man I spoke with (I believe Bobby?) was willing to talk me through how to try snaking the drain myself to avoid any fees. After I told him we had already tried that, he sent out David. David was there in under an hour and, even more impressively, fixed the issue in under an hour! No walls torn down and nowhere near the massive quote we received from Roto-rooter. Bottom line: these guys did great, high quality, speedy work and seem extremely trust worthy. Wow! I've previously called two plumbing companies, just hoping to schedule a service call and estimate. Adrian was the first person to ask targeted questions about my plumbing issue; he even perfectly described the physical setup of my kitchen sink without seeing it, and provided a diagnosis. Since he mentioned that the issue was an easier fix, he actually offered to come do it for free or talk me through fixing it myself - to save me from paying the service cost! I mean - he could have easily taken my money, and I would've been none the wiser. He clearly has integrity in spades, kindness, and tons of knowledge and experience. I had a very good experience working with Mighty Plumbing, from the initial phone conversation, through my meeting with the personable technician, Dave. I had several plumbing issues to deal with: an old leaking kitchen faucet that probably needed replacement, a toilet that occasionally ran for a few seconds, and some pipes behind my water heater that rattled or knocked briefly after I ran water in the sink or shower. Dave determined that the pipe rattling was probably a water pressure issue. He checked the pressure and told me that the PRC valve was failing. He gave me a price for the repair and we discussed the urgency of the situation. Although I had some time, I decided to have the work done while Dave was already there. The price for all of the repairs was reasonable, and Dave appeared to be a competent professional. Everything is now working as it should. There was no pressure, no stress. They took the time to troubleshoot and properly diagnose the problem (main sewer line to the road came detached from the exit line from the house). This required digging and replacing the pipe. They worked quickly, were very pleasant to work with, and they took great care to fix the issue and even replant bushes and reattach the gutter drains that had been disturbed.
