I had a leaky water main and had Chad come out and give me some options. He gave a very honest assessment and never tried to oversell me on anything. I feel like a lot of times people try to always push for the expensive solution, which he did not. He told me that his work is very thorough and they may not be the cheapest but they are the best. He gave me a timeline and actually was able to get the job done quicker than that which was great. His crew also made some assessments while they were working on what I may want to have checked out. This was just items they had seen previously at other customers. This was not something they were trying to sell me on as they do not operate in that area. It was something that i may want to address as they have seen it be an issue before. The crew was very nice and respectful. After they were finished, Chad went through the work they performed and asked if I had any questions. He also said to call him if I had any questions which is always nice, because it wasn't one of those "hey we are done let's get out of here" type of dealings. Had a major sewer line issue at my house. Tree roots invaded the line in multiple places, and the entire line needed replaced from the house to the street. Chad was prompt in his responses, and a tech came out the same day to temporarily clear the line enough so we could flush the toilets and take a shower. I got a written estimate of the cost and work needed, which was substantial as my house sits pretty far back from the street. He scheduled the line replacement and was able to organize equipment, extra labor, and City utility markers all to arrive in less than 48 hours. The crew showed up on time and worked until the job was done. Due to the nature of where the utility lines crossed where the sewer line went, this involved a lot of manual digging without the machine. Tyler was a trooper and didn't complain.They worked from about 9am until 10pm at night, but cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant and professional the entire time. The plumber (same person that came back to do the job!!) was was on time, respectful of me and my home and delivered the quote same day. The explanation was thorough, options were offered and no pushy sales show. Quoted prices were reasonable and we were able to schedule the repair next business day. Job is done (again on time) and he provided us with a description of what to expect now and possibly plan for in the future. My water heater was leaking and when I called Northside plumbing they were able to have a technician out within a couple of hours. Chad came out and was very professional and courteous and gave me several options. I felt that he was very knowledgeable and honest with me about what would be the best option. Northside Plumbing is my forever plumber going forward. I was heading out of town and had to grab one thing from the basement and discovered a room with soaked carpet. Very pleased. Got a very prompt and friendly reply to my initial inquiry, and then a free in-person estimate on replacing my water heater. Work done the same week by the same technician who did the estimate, which I appreciated because I didn't have to re-introduce the whole arrangement to a new tech.
