After a weekend away, I returned home on Sunday night to find my downstairs powder room toilet was leaking and had flooded my downstairs. I turned off the water to the toilet and called Omni (found them via a Yelp search). I'm 100% pleased with their service. They showed up right away and fixed the problem by replacing a supply line and valve. I told them that my insurance company wanted photos so they took photos at every step of the way and texted them directly to me. They also showed me all of the parts they replaced and explained the exact problem, so I could show them to my insurance adjuster. Jason and Brent were fantastic; professional, friendly, fast, and helpful. I will be keeping their contact information for future plumbing work.

Not only am I very disappointed with the diagnosis process and…read morethe repair that did not address the issue that I called them for but also with the failure of their management to address my concerns. I called Plumbing Express to investigate and resolve a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. The leak was directly below my master bathroom toilet, which my sister and I had already narrowed down by tapping on the kitchen ceiling downstairs while listening upstairs, where the sound was clearly strongest near the master bathroom toilet. The technician briefly inspected both bathrooms but focused on my sister's bathroom on the opposite side of the house after noticing a damp sponge under the toilet tank. My sister explained the sponge was there because she sprays and cleans the toilet regularly, not because of a leak. The plumber then cut open the kitchen ceiling drywall, stated the leak was coming from the water supply line from my sister's toilet, and performed a complete toilet tank rebuild for $450. After the repair, he gave me a card for a company that performs restorations and recommended I call them to inspect for subfloor damage. When that restoration company arrived, they immediately stated there was no way the ceiling leak could have originated from the secondary bathroom because of the location and no evidence of water stains. They recommended another plumber and a leak detection company come out to find the leak before they performed any work. I contacted a second plumber, who agreed the leak was much more likely connected to the master bathroom toilet directly above the leak area. Finally, I hired a leak detection company, and they also confirmed the leak aligned with the master bathroom location, not the secondary bathroom Plumbing Express repaired. At this point, three separate professionals have stated the leak could not have originated from the bathroom Plumbing Express serviced. I paid $450 for a repair that did not address the actual problem I originally called about. In Response to Ty G: Your response is totally incorrect. I would not have called the second plumber and the leak detection company if your recommended restoration company had not told me that the leak was not identified. The pictures taken are of the secondary bathroom not the master as we discussed in our phone call. It is totally "disingenuous" for you to now state that the master toilet was the issue. This validates everything I thought about your company. Others beware!

Exceptional Service from Beginning to End…read more I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Isaac Adkison of TE Certified and the exceptional service he provided from our initial consultation through the completion of a significant plumbing repair at my home. I contacted TE Certified after discovering a concealed hot-water leak beneath the slab of my home. From the very first visit, Isaac stood out because of the thoroughness of his assessment, his knowledge, and the amount of time he took to help me understand what was happening and the different options available to address it. This was a major repair decision for me, and rather than rushing me toward a particular solution, Isaac carefully explained the advantages, disadvantages, uncertainties, and long-term considerations associated with each option. Over the days that followed, I had many questions--and I mean many! Isaac answered every one of them with an incredible amount of patience, professionalism, and detail. He never made me feel as though I was asking too much or taking up too much of his time. When I needed clarification about specific items on the estimates, how the proposed reroute would work, the existing plumbing, freeze concerns, accessibility, restoration, or the potential for future issues, he consistently responded with thoughtful and knowledgeable explanations that helped me make an informed decision. What impressed me just as much was his honesty. When there were things he could not know with absolute certainty until the walls were opened or the existing piping was further evaluated, he said so. I greatly appreciated that. I never felt pressured or given false assurances simply for the sake of making a sale. When I ultimately asked Isaac what he would recommend as the best long-term solution for my particular home, he gave me a clear professional recommendation and thoroughly explained his reasoning. That gave my family and me the confidence we needed to proceed with rerouting the hot- and cold-water lines to the kitchen through conditioned interior space. On the day of the work, that same level of professionalism continued. After locating the plumbing manifold beside the refrigerator, Isaac made an extremely clean and precise opening in the drywall, preserving the piece so that it could be neatly replaced afterward. As the routing plan developed, he initially proposed one solution, but when I expressed concern about how it would affect the appearance and countertop area of the kitchen, he listened to my concerns and was completely receptive to exploring an alternative route I suggested. He evaluated it carefully and determined that the new lines could instead be routed behind the refrigerator and stove and through the lower cabinetry to the sink. The result exceeded my expectations. Isaac, with the assistance of Reeves, completed the work with tremendous care and attention to detail. The new lines were insulated, neatly routed and securely installed, and the workmanship throughout was exceptionally clean and organized. They protected the surrounding areas while working, treated the home with care, and left the kitchen looking virtually unchanged despite the extent of the plumbing work that had been completed. You would never know from looking at the finished kitchen that such a significant reroute had taken place. Most importantly, after the new lines were installed and the water was restored, Isaac checked the water meter to verify the result. The meter was no longer moving. After dealing with the stress of a concealed leak and having to keep the hot water shut off, seeing that meter remain still--and knowing the leak had finally been resolved--was an enormous relief. Another thing I greatly respect is that the project remained at the best-case estimate I had authorized: $2,915. There were opportunities throughout this process for the scope or cost to increase, but Isaac remained transparent about the work that was actually necessary and completed the agreed-upon repair accordingly. There is a difference between someone who simply knows how to perform a trade and someone who combines technical expertise with integrity, communication, patience, problem-solving, respect for the homeowner, and genuine pride in his work. In my experience, Isaac demonstrated all of those qualities. I also want to recognize Reeves for his assistance in completing the work so carefully and efficiently. Together, they did an immaculate job. As a homeowner, especially when dealing with a costly repair in an area outside of your own expertise, it is incredibly important to feel that you can trust the person advising you. Isaac earned that trust. He did not just repair a plumbing problem; he helped me understand it, thoughtfully walked me through a difficult decision, listened to my concerns, and ultimately delivered a solution that I feel very confident about. I am genuinely grateful that Isaac was the plumber assigned to m

When we ran our first load of laundry, the "rigged" connection failed and water went everywhere over 3 floors of our home. There was floor damage, carpet damage, ceilings ruined, light fixtures ruined, etc. The Pete's Plumbing rep KNEW that he hadn't properly connected our washing machine....and LEFT ANYWAY. The magnitude of his negligence and irresponsibility is hard to comprehend. What did Pete's Plumbing do to help the situation? Absolutely nothing. The owner told me that we should have checked the connection ourselves! That it was our fault...imagine hiring a plumber to do a simple job and then being told that we should have gone over the plumber's work after he left. If Pete's Plumbing was the last plumbing company on Earth, I'd still not allow them into my home again. They ruined 3 floors of our new home and then took ZERO responsibility for their actions. They told us to take it up with their insurance company. They also ruined our washing machine, which is a small thing compared to what they did to our home! Seeing this, we got Fulton County Water to turn off their water until the neighbor returned home. Pete's Plumbing was contacted and came out to repair the system. A Pete's employee came to our house and offered to fix our irrigation system (water was turned off for at least eight years) for $850-1000. We declined but soon learned the water had been turned on and was leaking into the street. I contacted them again, and they denied this and offered to fix our leak for $850-1000. I told them that was unacceptable, and he explained it would take them three hours to shut it off, and he would give us a break at $650. Again, I told him no. I sent him photos of the meter and asked him again to return and fix what he had broken. He called back and told me I was not telling the truth but reduced the amount to $197.00 to spend 15 minutes turning off a meter he had opened. He could schedule me for the next day. Unbelievable, I called another company, which immediately fixed the meter without charge. They were given a significant contract because we needed other non-plumbing work done. Lesson learned on my part: never let Pete near our property again and, for Pete, treat your clients better, or you will continue to lose other contracts. BTW, Pete's Plumbing shares a phone number with a Wedding Planning service!
