I attempted to replace a shower diverter spout to install a new rain shower panel, but I made a huge mistake. I called Mike because he was the closest plumber. Angela told me to give them an hour, and they would come over. Less than an hour later, they arrived, assessed the problem, and capped the waterlines so we would still have water throughout the rest of the house. BEWARE! I had a pipe burst. They were the nearest plumbers. They quoted me $275 over the phone. They cut and capped two pipes, charged me $475, and were on-site for scarcely 30 minutes. I decided to pay and follow up in small claims court, as an effective rate of $950 per hour is absurd. Then I discovered their business license was revoked in 2021 and neither of them are licensed plumbers. The business is not located at the address shown here. Called on a Sunday (Mike & Angela came immediately) because we had a water leak in the garage from our hot water heater that is located upstairs in the hallway. The next day Mike & Angela found the leak and changed the connectors and it's working great. Angela cleaned up the mold where the heater was located and also in the garage. At first I found Mike to be honest. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate to put in a new shower head and a kitchen faucet. He showed up. Then he tells me he had a big job he needed to go to and would be back that same day before 6:00pm. At 5:39 I received a text that he got detained at the job and could not come. We rescheduled for two days later to arrive 9-11. He was a no show. I never got a text telling me he was not coming. When I texted him about his whereabouts, I never received a reply. My take is he only wants big jobs for the big pay out. read more

The first time I called them to replace my tub faucet, they were wonderful and their price beat two other plumbers in the area, so I called them again, this time because I had an outside pipe drip. Turns out it was a connection to my water heater and it was leaking because it needed to release pressure. I knew the water heater needed to be replaced. It was at least 15 yrs old, corroded at the bottom and probably about to leak all over my hardwood floors (I do not have a basement). They replaced it two days later, took the old water heater to the curb and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Mike and his wife are hard working, honest and they don't overcharge. Very unprofessional. Do not use!!! Could not find water leak and created more damage. Then we technician want to charge for the damage they caused. Story, I needed assistance on locating a water leak. I called DynaMike Empire and they indicated they have the experience to perform the task. They provided a time and date, which they failed to show. When called/texted, they did not reply. Finally, after 12 hours post appointment, a representative did reach out and set another appointment. The technician arrived an hour late and appeared not to have any plumbing skills nor knowledge. Then in the process of trying to locate the leak, he went to bathroom shower and started to remove the grout & caulking. He stated that the source of the leak was from there. I was not convinced; hence, I called Roto-Rooter. They were able to properly locate the leak. The leak was properly determined from the supply water line from the street. Currently, I have a non-functional bath/shower. If used, water does leak from it. Note, the shower did not leak before the technician removed the caulking and grout. There goal was to up-charge on their services rendered and have me pay for services not required. read more

Last week, I hired them bc our toilet and tub were clogged in a guest bathroom. They quoted us $275 to fix this problem. After they said they cleared the drain, they then told us that we needed to replace the toilet in that bathroom and that they would do it as well for a total of $425. We told them we could replace the toilet ourselves so we didn't need them to do that. They then, after originally quoting us $275, told us it would be $425 for their work in cleaning the drain (after they finished). After complaining about this type of business practice, they then agreed to accept the $275 as full and final payment. We then, per their instructions, replaced the old toilet with a brand new Kohler toilet an hour after they left. Within 24 hours, our situation got worse as the toilet and the tub was still clogged in that bathroom and the adjacent bathroom became clogged as well. When I advised them of this, they said they would come back but only for an additional $500. They also tried to blame the issue on another toilet in a separate bathroom and on our septic system. We ended up hiring a different plumber who cleared the drain properly for $225. In summary, this company didn't do the job that we paid them for and they cashed the check anyway and tried to get even more $ from us to fix the very same problem. I will never hire them again. P.S. The plumber who actually fixed the issue said the toilets were fine, that it wasn't a septic tank issue and that they just didn't clear out the drain properly. Those bathrooms have been running fine ever since. read more
