We called Tom at TLC plumbing and he came over that afternoon. After a lot of investigation including sending a video camera down our pipes, he was able to find the culprit! Some lovely raspberry bushes that I had planted a decade earlier literally cracked the pipe leaving our home and created a 70% blockage. After the diagnosis, Tom suggested replacing that section of pipe along with an exterior cleanout trap to keep such nastiness from happening in the future. If you are looking for a genuinely good, fair and professional plumber who also lives in the Dallas Area, look no further than TLC plumbing!!!

The first…read moretime was due to the old hot water heater in a rental property gushing water late Friday evening. I was lucky enough to find his information when searching for an emergency plumber. He answered the phone initially after 5 pm on a Friday and was at the house by 9:30 am Saturday morning. He replaced the whole system by noon. Our tenants were overjoyed to have hot water again so quickly, and we were very impressed by his communication, reasonable quote during the emergency, and high quality of service. Based on that great experience, we decided to have him replace the aging system in our personal residence two weeks later. Darren and his team was again communicative, fair, and committed to making sure we were happy with their work before he left. Today I arrived home to a personalized post-card thanking us for being customers. This is absolutely a gem of a business run by a fantastic team. I cannot recommend Hot Water Solutions highly enough. I am so happy to have found them!

Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but he was also kind, patient, and thorough. We really appreciated that he cared about helping us understand everything rather than simply fixing the problem and leaving. It's not often you come across someone who provides this level of service and truly cares about their customers. We would recommend Plumb Medic to absolutely anyone and will certainly be recommending them to all of our friends and family. Thank you again, Cameron, for such an outstanding experience!

From my research, I found more reasonable prices in the $350-$400 range. I spoke directly with the owner, who agreed to give me a $50 discount, but that discount was never applied. I ended up wasting even more time calling back and forth just to follow up over $50. Very disappointing experience. I would recommend getting multiple quotes and making sure any promised discount is documented before agreeing to the work. I used them because it was a referral and didn't think to question their prices until afterwards. Mistake made on my part for trying someone new and local.
