Updated 4/18/2015…read more Let's clarify this.. 1) Bruce did not mentioned to me the schedule all booked up for two weeks straight. Period. Bruce just said he couldn't send anyone to my place that same day I called. When I told him I did not need anyone to come that day, he suggested me to call Superior Plumbing. To a customer, it was presented as if no one wants her business. 2) customer service/ experience starts when a customer calls up a business. I did not make this rule, I have been in hospitality industry for a very long time, it stinks but we all have to deal with it. Oh and not whine about the ratings, my one star did not reduce the rating here. It was 4 before I shared my experience, and still 4 after I posted my review. Please do not try to discredit someone's review here, it is not cool.

The first time I hired him he had to changed out an entire toilet. The second time he came was on a weekend and installed almost 100 feet of gas line for my natural gas grill! He painted black pipe grey (to match the rest of the piping already at the meter), plus put everything back the way it was and cleaned up. Highly recommend!!!

Miles Plumbing & Contracting bid on several projects at home in Jonesboro, GA. Thomas came to my…read morehome with an apprentice and installed four faucets, a garbage disposal, and an ice-maker. Unfortunately, I had to fire a contractor who was responsible for the plumbing and Thomas was able to jump in and assist with my needs. My garbage disposal installation prosed some challenges with installing an air-trap but with troubleshooting he recommended the installation of a Studor Vent... which eliminated the necessity of a more invasive and costly remediation. Additionally, he successfully installed an air-gap on my ice-maker that eliminated the need and cost of installing a water pump. My experience was great because all my issues were resolved and pricing was very competitive. I was very impressed Thomas was able to work through unforeseen job-site conditions and successfully install unfamiliar products such as the XO ice-maker and the Delta touchless faucets. Nice work.

First time using Quick-Pro because our HOA uses them for our community pool and bathrooms. I made…read morean appointment online at 7am and the website said someone would be out between 9 and 11am that same day. I was skeptical. Clint Sweat was my guy, showed up shortly after 9am, and he was amazing! I had a slow drain issue, and Clint showed me on the scope the roots that had invaded my line because developer just laid my 4" sewer pipe in the county's 6" tap without sealing it! He opened it up enough to use until we could properly repair it. Clint even called the county out to see if roots were in their line and they could do it for free. No such luck, but appreciated him for going to the trouble. County found a second cleanout that had been buried under a foot and a half of dirt and mulch next to a 15 year old maple tree planted by previous owners. Never plant trees over your sewer lines!!! After I had the tree cut down and stump ground, Clint came back out and dug out the line (which took hours due to roots) and replaced the connection with a properly glued 4" to 6" reducer connection, a new clean out (tree damaged the original one), and a landscape box to hide it so no white "mushroom" sticking up in the yard. Clint was so friendly, helpful, kept me informed of what was going on, and even helped me understand how my sewer was set up. He didn't hesitate to bring me over to see what was going on at different stages. He filled the hole, smoothed out the dirt, and I have complete confidence in the repair. And the cost was very reasonable for what he had to go through over two different days to get it fixed properly. I've found my new plumber! Thank you Clint!!
