Several times, we have had floods when there was hard rains in Atlanta resulting in mud in the pool. On every occasion, they have been out the next day and gotten the problem resolved very quickly. Before Summit, we tried several other services and we were not happy. Big thanks to Nino for doing such a great job each week.

After receiving several pool renovation quotes, choosing Jose was easily the best decision I made…read more From the start, he stood out from the competition. While other companies seemed uninterested or slow to respond, Jose took the time to thoroughly assess my entire pool setup and offer knowledgeable recommendations to ensure everything would function at its best. Throughout the project, he was professional, responsive, communicative, and always left the work area clean. He kept me informed every step of the way and clearly takes pride in both his workmanship and customer service. What impressed me most was his honesty and integrity. Two weeks after the job was completed, Jose let me know I had overpaid and promptly refunded the difference. That level of honesty can be rare. The finished result exceeded my expectations. My pool & steps look brand new again, inviting, and ready to show off. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the quality of his work, communicates well, and stands behind what he does, I highly recommend Jose. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Mind you the guy gives me no times and I work nights, so with no idea of when they are getting there I wake up may 27th at 8 am. I've only gotten 4 hours of sleep at this point. I stay in my house waiting for these pool people all day until 5pm when they close and no one came. I tried to call multiple times with no answer during the day when they were open. I get up early yet again and call them this morning. Someone didn't answer so I finally get a call back. The guy on the phone apologizes to me and says they were closed yesterday, and HE FORGOT TO CALL ME FRIDAY BECAUSE HE WAS SOO BUSY. So now my pool will not be open for another week. I just find this really disrespectful to your customer. I was not offered a discount or a next day service. Just pay full price and go to the back of the line. I find this lack of respect for the customers time very rude. Call at your own risk cause that guy at the front desk doesn't know what he's doing.

I had called another local company previously (TLC) and they were rude, did not come when they said they would, did not address both of the things that I asked them to, and actually told me that they should've charged me more than the regular service call that that they quoted me. They also quoted an additional $400 to fix the one problem they did address.

I even confirmed the appointment a few days before because I forgot the time of the appt. I wasted a vacation day for that. I called them the following week and they rescheduled saying it was a scheduling error. No worries, they do send some folks to fix my hot tub a couple days later. But, instead of replacing the broken part, they decided to try to caulk it instead. 10 minutes later, they're on their way. I followed their instructions and kept the hot tub off 2 days to allow time for the caulk to dry. However, after 2 days, the heater was leaking the same amount of water as before. It wasn't a bad leak and I totally understand why they tried caulk but at least give me a credit if the jerry-rig doesn't work. $135 / hour is a lot of money for effectively nothing. After noticing the leak wasn't fixed, I called back to get an estimate for the actual repair. It has been weeks and they have never gotten back to me and they have never offered a credit for their bad advice and workmanship. If you're willing to pay $135 for nothing, please feel free to give them a call.
