Mitchell evaluated the plumbing in the crawl space and the bonus bathroom and explained in detail what to expect during and after the installation of his plumbing. Mitchell found a pinhole leak in one of the pipes in the bonus bathroom, that over time would get larger, and create major problems once the ceiling sheetrock was installed. The work was extension: capping off existing toilet, bathtub, and vanity drains, replacing hot/cold water pipes, installed toilet, shower and vanity drains and put in hot/cold water pipes for the shower and vanity. Working in the crawl space, to him, was just part of the job. Mitchell displayed sound professional service, intelligence, technical knowledge and concern for our customer satisfaction. He enabled us to meet our objective, while making intuitive recommendations. Mitchell's personality and communication skills are unsurpassed. His outstanding personal expertise, and professional skills as a Master Plumber, resulted in an easy decision as to which plumber we wanted to hire. No plumbing problems from the time of his initial plumbing work until he returned. We called Mitch when our pressure assisted toilet sounded like it had a leak. Mitch came and after a careful examination, he discovered that the flush master controller was leaking. Mitch ordered the part and had it shipped to my home. When, it arrived the next day, I called Mitch and he did the installation that evening. Mitch was more concerned with not having us inconvenienced than working late in the evening. If you are looking for a plumber that is more concerned with fixing your plumbing issues vice getting your money, than Mitchell is the only person that embodies this statement. My brother-in-law is a Texas Master Plumber, so I know what it takes to achieve this title. Mitchell does quality work every time, extremely organized, very professional and believes in fair pricing.
