After a very failed attempt by Yourfloor.net to fix our staircase our stairs were left in a very unsafe condition. William removed the incorrectly, unsafe, semi-stairs then proceeded to reinstall them followed by the handrails and balusters correctly. Everything he does looks effortless because his knowledge of stairs is immense. His workflow is very good. William is equally as knowledgeable about stain and paint. The way he paints everything is nothing short of perfect. William is a perfectionist and it was a great pleasure to have him do our stairs. He is also trustworthy, polite and super neat. We are still amazed each day when we look at our stairs. We never thought we would have the beautiful staircase that we do now! If you think this sounds to good to be true you are wrong.
