I was told workers would be there a specific day and they never showed up. Then when I was told they would be there in three days, they showed up the next morning. Also my garage was blocked for three weeks because material needed was in the way. It took that long because of the poor scheduling. The weather was mostly nice and dry over the four months it took to finish the pool. I had to constantly call or message Brown's to find out what is happening next. In addition a water can, and a gate lock went missing with no apology by Browns. I cannot rate Browns lower because the end product met all expectations. The folks who showed up on site were very nice and knew what they were doing. The pool is beautiful.

Mind you the guy gives me no times and I work nights, so with no idea of when they are getting there I wake up may 27th at 8 am. I've only gotten 4 hours of sleep at this point. I stay in my house waiting for these pool people all day until 5pm when they close and no one came. I tried to call multiple times with no answer during the day when they were open. I get up early yet again and call them this morning. Someone didn't answer so I finally get a call back. The guy on the phone apologizes to me and says they were closed yesterday, and HE FORGOT TO CALL ME FRIDAY BECAUSE HE WAS SOO BUSY. So now my pool will not be open for another week. I just find this really disrespectful to your customer. I was not offered a discount or a next day service. Just pay full price and go to the back of the line. I find this lack of respect for the customers time very rude. Call at your own risk cause that guy at the front desk doesn't know what he's doing.

I called again and finally spoke with someone that informed me it would be $199.00 to come out to my home. Once they got here they would give me a quote. The $199 doesn't get deducted it's what they charge just to come to your home.I purchased my Hot Springs hot tub 20+ years ago and have never been charged for them to come out to my house. Something has changed at this place. They use to be a Hot Springs dealer only but appears no longer. If you purchase anything from them beware of these fees they started charging.

We had this company replace liner in our above ground pool about a month ago and it looks great…read more Project had a weather delay that was rescheduled promptly and phone calls and texts were returned quickly. I think our old liner failed due to ants as our pool is in a heavily wooded area. Nate was able to explain the pros and cons of different solutions to this type of issue and so decided on a barrier pad installed under the liner. We were pleased with the whole process and installation and highly recommend PoolSmart. We will be using him for all our future pool needs.
