The company had him get in touch me with the price which was reasonable, but he quickly added it would be 3 to 5 weeks out. It was April 27th, so no worries. I asked him to put us on the schedule and then for a quote to see if they did stain removal on vinyl liners. Again, no estimate, so I called the company and Kyle emailed back, we don't do that. I asked if we on the still on the schedule and he said yes for Thursday or Friday of the week of May 14th. We haven't heard or seen their people yet. Extremely frustrating company to deal with!

After waiting 2 weeks for my hot tub repair, the tech never showed and they never tried to contact…read moreme. I even confirmed the appointment a few days before because I forgot the time of the appt. I wasted a vacation day for that. I called them the following week and they rescheduled saying it was a scheduling error. No worries, they do send some folks to fix my hot tub a couple days later. But, instead of replacing the broken part, they decided to try to caulk it instead. 10 minutes later, they're on their way. I followed their instructions and kept the hot tub off 2 days to allow time for the caulk to dry. However, after 2 days, the heater was leaking the same amount of water as before. It wasn't a bad leak and I totally understand why they tried caulk but at least give me a credit if the jerry-rig doesn't work. $135 / hour is a lot of money for effectively nothing. After noticing the leak wasn't fixed, I called back to get an estimate for the actual repair. It has been weeks and they have never gotten back to me and they have never offered a credit for their bad advice and workmanship. If you're willing to pay $135 for nothing, please feel free to give them a call.

They don't wear uniforms or contact clients to to let them know a new tech is coming, so clients don't know who is in the yard. All of the pool techs that my family was familiar with have left because of work conditions. I was told by the 4th different tech in 2 months that my pool is a difficult one and the company changed the techs from salary to hourly, forcing them to work more homes to make the same amount of money. The new pool techs have been passing my pool off on newer techs So I've gone all summer without a clean pool. The new Manager David is a nice guy but makes excuses and doesn't hold his team accountable. I terminated my service and using one of the techs that left as a personal.
