The problem turned out to be caused by the high metal content in our well water. What truly impressed me was Aaron's persistence and professionalism throughout the entire process. It is not the easiest set up to work on, and some neglect from the previous owner led to a few problems that had to be addressed. Jeff, after previously working with his team and installing a new cover on the spa, has been pretty relentless in chasing problems and coming to the cabin when I am not there to get this fixed. I am very happy with their service and support and am especially impressed by the communication that they give me regarding upcoming visits and the diagnostics of what they find when working on the spa.
