Stanco was referred to me by a longtime friend in Ellijay, and I am so grateful for the connection…read more I hired them to completely re-plumb my cabin in Ellijay, after more than one instance of burst CPVC pipes. They were fast and fair on the price, and they did a beautiful job. They made several suggestions that saved me money, which I found remarkable. I have become accustomed to retail plumbers trying to jack up the bill, but these guys were like trusted friends who had my best interest in mind.

am beyond thankful for the owner of Superior! After calling five companies, Superior was the only…read moreone that called me right back. Everyone else left me stuck in endless voicemail cycles or expected me to figure out complicated measurements on my own. From the first conversation, the owner made a lasting impression. He knew exactly what I needed without making me feel overwhelmed. His friendly, down-to-earth personality instantly put me at ease, and it was clear he genuinely loves helping people. The process was seamless -- he scheduled a time to come out quickly, and my shower door was installed fast. Meanwhile, the other companies eventually called me back asking why I didn't choose them. I told them straight up: "Because you sent me through an automated process that couldn't seal the deal!" Superior's owner took all the guesswork out of the process and even made me laugh throughout the whole experience. His customer service is unmatched, and his expertise shines through in everything he does. I truly learned from him, and I'd recommend Superior to anyone in a heartbeat! Hands down, the best customer service I've experienced. If you're looking for quality, kindness, and professionalism, this is the company to call!

I contacted Conan due to the reviews of his work I had seen and his being local to my cabin. First impressions mean a lot, and our initial conversations about the initial projects and further work that I need support to have done have been very positive. And the initial job, rebuilding steps and a gate, have been excellent. Great communication about both scope, material estimates and pricing on labor. Highly recommended if you need to have someone you can rely on to get work done.

Homeowners beware!!…read more I first met this vendor after discovering they were using my yard as an unauthorized access point to drive a backhoe alongside our property. It was very presumptuous to operate heavy equipment on our lawn without first obtaining our permission. When I spoke with them in person, they seemed reasonable and indicated they would address the situation. Unfortunately, once they left the area, communication became a completely different story. We have reached out to this vendor at least three times by phone and text, and they have been largely unresponsive. Ironically, the primary reason I was trying to reach them was to discuss hiring them for work at a second property we own. It's unfortunate that their failure to return phone calls or text messages will likely cost them a project worth thousands of dollars. Responsiveness and follow-through are important qualities in a contractor, and based on our experience, those have been lacking.
