I do not normally make comments on my service vendors. If they don't perform as expected, I will find a new one. If they live up to my expectations, I will continue to use them. However, for the last five or six years, this group of folks continue to surprise me with not just meeting my expectations, but constantly exceeding them. One example of this service is when Zeta was headed in or direction. I had scheduled the closing of my pool for Thursday, however very late on Wednesday afternoon, I received a phone call from one of their long-time techs advising me that he and another tech were on the way to my house to close the pool because of incoming storm. These guys had been working all day and showed up around 5:00. They did not leave until well after 6:00. The next morning, we woke to find several large limbs had broken from several pine trees, one of them crushing our jasmine covered arbor, not to mention leaves, sticks and limbs on top of the pool cover. I've been a Vice President, Regional Manager and Manager for 29 years in the apartment and condominium industry. I rarely write reviews on a company but in this case I feel it's appropriate. I had a major pool incident were all of my equipment and products were damage and Original 7 really stepped up to the plate and was able to replace all of my equipment and products within days to ensure my pool wasn't down longer than a day. They also worked with me to provide the information i needed to file an insurance claim and with that information I was able to get all of my equipment and chemicals replaced under our insurance. When my first pool service company had personnel problems they recommended Original 7. They did extensive repairs to our spa and it was high quality work for a fair price. I decided to use them for all our pool-related needs and have been totally satisfied. On Sunday June 30, our pump died to to faulty wiring. I was in panic mode with the upcoming Fourth of July weekend. I called Leslie's service number (kudos to them for having someone answer the phone on a Sunday) but was given a July 10 date for the service call. I called Original 7 on Monday morning and they showed up before noon, and had the problem fixed in less than two hours at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. So I had a problem with my pool pump on Friday. I called Original 7 early Monday morning to schedule an appointment. Soon after the call Robert followed up with me to try and troubleshoot the problem over the phone to see if he could save me some money (what service company does that?). This is by far the best pool service company ever! I have used many in the past. But, this one exceeds any other company I have used. The regular maintenance is incredible. Tyler does my maintenance and he is awesome. They also do pool repairs. Unfortunately I had to have my motor worked on. But, they were put right when I needed them. Original 7 came to our rescue when our pump stopped working in July! Our longterm pool people had recently retired and we were without a contact. Most pool companies we called did not get back to us since we weren't current customers but Original 7 called back and provided us with a repair proposal including a repair price range.
