Went to a brick maker who sent me to a seller who sent me a list of numerous people. I contacted them all until I found Kevin and answered (didn't even have to leave a message). This whole process took two months. Kevin's entire involvement from first contact to finished product was three days. Told me to take pics, gave me an estimate based off visuals of what to expect at least, a time frame of availability and a list of what he was able to complete. Called before he came, showed up and went straight to work as we discussed what needed to be done over the phone. The man works hard, efficiently and with fantastic results. Make sure to go through everything with him when he is done to verify everything was completed. He likes to make sure he did a good job. I had another "mason" do some other work. The grey (some hasn't dried yet) is Kevin's work. You can compare his work to others. He may not be the cheapest guy (honestly he wasn't that far from the cheapest guy I was quoted and ghosted by) but he did an amazing job. Would 10/10 hire this man to replace all of my siding with brick at this point instead of anything else I could use knowing how well this job turned out and the price of everything he did (pull out the bricks, get the still water out from under the brick area, fix other's mistakes, and make sure they were set in correctly and safely).

Review for Atlanta Remodeling Specialist - Adam Williams (678-315-9849)…read more Unfortunately, my experience with Atlanta Remodeling Specialist and specifically Adam Williams was extremely disappointing. While the company may have access to subcontractors capable of good work, my personal experience was that the overall communication, reliability, and quality control were severely lacking. Throughout my project, communication was inconsistent at best and completely absent at worst. There were frequent excuses, last-minute cancellations, and ongoing delays, which caused a project that was originally estimated at four months to drag on far beyond the timeline. Repeated attempts to get clear updates were met with attitude, evasiveness, or no response at all. In my case, Adam personally installed cabinetry in a basement kitchenette. The installation was done so poorly that cabinets had to be redone, and several pieces were left rubbing against drawer faces. When concerns were addressed, I was met with unprofessional behavior and frustration rather than accountability or solutions. The constant nickel-and-diming, lack of transparency, shifting stories, and unwillingness to take responsibility ultimately forced me to end the relationship and hire someone else to finish the job properly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Adam Williams or Atlanta Remodeling Specialist. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to look elsewhere for a contractor who communicates clearly, honors timelines, stands behind their work, and behaves professionally.

After 4 years of living here I made the decision that I needed to open up the front entry room to the living room and the living room open up to the kitchen to create a much more seamless open living space. Old houses can be tricky so I knew it would not be easy. I interviewed many contractors and ultimately landed with Adam and his team at Atlanta Remodeling Specialists. To make this open concept work we needed to remove walls, put in two load bearing beams, rearrange and add to the kitchen, build up a subfloor, and then match flooring trim and cabinet colors. I'd like to think that I am pretty handy but I know my limits. So that's where these pros came in. I had a pretty clear image in my mind of what I was looking for and Adam and his team delivered! Every day they worked they kept the house as clean as they could so I could continue to live there during the process. Communication was top notch and easy to get questions answered especially because I often was at work while they worked on the house. During the project I also needed to have part of the roof repaired from a leak and Adam was able to set that up and a team was up there fixing it within 24 hours. I am incredibly thankful for the hard work this team has put into making this house more functional and the value they have added. My family including my dog who you'll see in the pictures are all excited for our future here. Highly recommend this company for your home renovations needs!

Update to my original review:…read more Paul came back to do a much larger job for us. Paul re-plumbed 3 bathrooms, and our kitchen. Paul installed an instant hot water dispenser in our kitchen, installed all new faucets throughout our entire home, installed all new shower/tub faucets and drains for 3 bathrooms, removed and replaced 6 ceiling fans, removed 2 old satellite dishes from previous owner, fixed one cabinet, installed our new gas cooktop, and installed a new backsplash in our kitchen.
