They sent a cleaner who had no clue how to diagnose or explain the issue. On my second call, a manager named John promised a resolution but only offered vague updates. He also addressed me inappropriately, calling me "brother," then abruptly ended the call. In summary, YammyPool has ignored critical issues, provided no solutions, and continues to charge us while leaving the system malfunctioning. We expect a prompt, professional resolution or we will escalate further.

We also had a conversation via text. I thought all was confirmed until I got a call just now asking to remove us from the schedule. I said I thought all was confirmed especially because a representative had already came to the property and explained what needed to be fixed. They seemed really excited to get us off the schedule - I guess they don't want our business. The person I spoke with was super unprofessional and was in a rush. I will have to follow-up with our realtor and share our experience with them and urge them to not recommend them to future clients. Terrible experience.

My wife found…read moreMilton Pools thru a Yelp search this morning and had a very positive discussion with John, who indicated he'd be out to our home by the following day. Later this afternoon, he called to ask if he could come by and, within an hour, he'd not only fixed our issue but he explained the mechanics of it and did some very inexpensive pre-emptive work to avoid future issues with a couple small gaskets. Thinking it was past time to change the sand in our filter, my wife had also asked him to come prepared to do that, as well. However, after checking our flow rate he told us he feels good that our sand doesn't yet need to be replaced - saving us $300, likely for another year or two. In short, John was friendly, helpful, prompt, dependable, very reasonably priced and honest. He took a stressful situation for us and turned it into an enjoyable service experience, and we have now found our permanent pool professional.
