The company had him get in touch me with the price which was reasonable, but he quickly added it would be 3 to 5 weeks out. It was April 27th, so no worries. I asked him to put us on the schedule and then for a quote to see if they did stain removal on vinyl liners. Again, no estimate, so I called the company and Kyle emailed back, we don't do that. I asked if we on the still on the schedule and he said yes for Thursday or Friday of the week of May 14th. We haven't heard or seen their people yet. Extremely frustrating company to deal with!

I've rearranged my work schedule more than once for an onsite visit that didn't happen, and still haven't heard back on the equipment quote I sent pictures for a week ago. It's felt very much like my time is expendable which is frustrating. If they were too busy to take on my project, I absolutely get that. I just would've appreciated being told that upfront versus being bounced around. They're nice enough people and other reviews speak highly of their work. If you can manage to get the work quoted and scheduled, maybe it's a smoother ride from there.

Showed him what we planned on doing and he said ok. They came and installed the pool heater and never called to schedule it. When I got home and saw that it was installed, I spoke with Duncan, the manager and he said that it was installed, but did not work because the gas was not enough to the pool heater. They replaced the sand in the filter and lots of sand got into the pool and left a mess outside. I called and texted with the Owner and Duncan and they would not respond. The only way to get their attention was holding payment. They blame everyone except for themself. Needless to say they lost a client forever.

Do not give these people your money! Their ability to screw up a saltwater pool is astonishing. We…read morehave a small lap pool, 8k gallons max. Yet their tech decided it needed 80lbs of additional salt (two full bags), all because he was incapable of doing the math properly. Now the level of salt is more than 50% over the recommended limit and I'm spending my day partially draining and refilling my pool. Management's response was to send me a chart, which if they had followed it, showed the pool needed no more than a few pounds of salt added.
