They do not vacuum the pool every service visit even though they are supposed to and they let algae grow in my pool and allowed my pump to break even though the tech is out there EVERY week. We had this company replace liner in our above ground pool about a month ago and it looks great…read more Project had a weather delay that was rescheduled promptly and phone calls and texts were returned quickly. I think our old liner failed due to ants as our pool is in a heavily wooded area. Nate was able to explain the pros and cons of different solutions to this type of issue and so decided on a barrier pad installed under the liner. We were pleased with the whole process and installation and highly recommend PoolSmart. We will be using him for all our future pool needs.
