Once we officially made the decision to build a pool in our backyard, the real work began! We had never had a pool installed, and we had heard horror stories from neighbors and friends of their personal pool installation experiences, some of which were still partially completed after 3 years. After interviewing a couple of companies, narrowing down the selection, and then speaking with their past clients, we decided to move forward with Creative PoolScape. From the day that we signed the contract to just under two months later, our dream of a tropical oasis in our backyard was complete. You read that correctly - it took seven weeks for them to complete our pool!! Talk about record time. We even encountered a week or two of endless rain and they still were able to move quickly and meet their estimated timeline. The communication and support we received from each person on the team was EXCELLENT! Chris Horton, the owner, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He took our vision and created 3D renderings, bringing the project to life. The Project Manager, Steven Ginn, was our daily go-to contact. He answered our endless list of questions with thorough explanations and created clear timelines regarding next steps. His communication was top notch - days, evenings, and even weekends. He was ALWAYS available to assist. When the project was nearly completed, we had the unfortunate luck of a monsoon- type storm that resulted in a muddy, cloudy pool. Steven and team raced to action as soon as we notified them, as they didn't want the new pool to suffer any damage. They resolved the issue very quickly and took measures to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. They reacted as if it was their pool being muddied, not just "some customer." The rush to action racing across town to help, standing in the pouring rain to resolve the issue, and following up daily demonstrated their professionalism, commitment to our well being, and true ownership of the entire project. 10 out of 10 services, definitely recommend! They also quoted an additional $400 to fix the one problem they did address.

I called them the following week and they rescheduled saying it was a scheduling error. No worries, they do send some folks to fix my hot tub a couple days later. But, instead of replacing the broken part, they decided to try to caulk it instead. 10 minutes later, they're on their way. I followed their instructions and kept the hot tub off 2 days to allow time for the caulk to dry. However, after 2 days, the heater was leaking the same amount of water as before. It wasn't a bad leak and I totally understand why they tried caulk but at least give me a credit if the jerry-rig doesn't work. $135 / hour is a lot of money for effectively nothing. After noticing the leak wasn't fixed, I called back to get an estimate for the actual repair. It has been weeks and they have never gotten back to me and they have never offered a credit for their bad advice and workmanship. If you're willing to pay $135 for nothing, please feel free to give them a call.

Pool Supply Atlanta has significantly better pricing on chemicals and uses modern up to date water testing with an all electronic system. Even when they are busy the turn around on a water test is never long and you get an instant detailed report (In the past I have waited 30+ minutes at Leslie's due to their manual testing system). The best part of Pool supply Atlanta is the level of expertise with respect to problem solving. Later this afternoon, he called to ask if he could come by and, within an hour, he'd not only fixed our issue but he explained the mechanics of it and did some very inexpensive pre-emptive work to avoid future issues with a couple small gaskets. Thinking it was past time to change the sand in our filter, my wife had also asked him to come prepared to do that, as well. However, after checking our flow rate he told us he feels good that our sand doesn't yet need to be replaced - saving us $300, likely for another year or two. In short, John was friendly, helpful, prompt, dependable, very reasonably priced and honest.
