I took a chance based on their recommendation and gave him a referral several years ago to a client. WOW! He is awesome! I have received very positive/rave feedback from my clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and detailed. An added bonus is he offers a free explanation of how to maintain the pool (or other related things, hot tubs, jacuzzies etc.) which is invaluable to not only my clients but anyone, especially if you have never owned one of these. I take to heart of anyone of any contractor I refer to my clients and I have total confidence referring Jonathan Goe. I just referred him again to a client a few minutes ago!

When I called the office to ask about it, Jonathan, the owner, called me back. When I asked if the inspection truly was only 10 minutes, (Ring camera confirmed it was) he immediately went into attack mode that it was my fault because I said I would "try" to meet him there - that wasn't the point of my call - I was more concerned about a 10 minute inspection on a pool than I was about missing him. He wouldn't let down about that it was my fault......he finally said, "I am a busy man, do you have any others questions for me?" and I said "Yes, is the pool good?" And he hung up on me! Less than two weeks later the pool pump went out and had to be replaced! I will not be recommending Jonathan or his company.

Chris is professional and honest. I highly, highly recommend using him and his company!! Here is what he did: Removed and replaced pool pavers Removed and regrouted between existing pool coping. Installed top of the line turf and addressed water drainage issues. Fixed/replaced our pool heater and blower for the hot tub. Recently, we ran into a few issues--some cracked tiles, a glitch with the auto-fill, and a couple of other small things. I reached out, and the owner came by personally to take care of it all. No hassle, no runaround--just great service, even years after the job was done. That kind of follow-through is rare these days. Highly recommend them if you want beautiful work and a company that truly stands behind it.

Michael from Pool Tech arrived @630PM, after calling just one day earlier, eager to fix the problem. By 8PM, the pool was up and running. Although we were an add-on job and the last job of the day, Michael took the time to explain the problem after making the diagnosis in just minutes. What would seem like a 1/2 day job given the extensive repair, it only took him 90 minutes to complete. He treated us like family! With service like this don't trust your pool to anyone else!

The technician left a large section of our chid safety gate at the far end of our pool wide open- not the gate door, but an entire back section was left open. Because this section of the gate was not easily seen from the house, it was left open for hours! My 6yo son & 3yo daughter were playing with chalk by the open pool while I was inside making dinner & wearing my 9-month-old baby!!!!There is NO way I could have helped fast enough if one of my children fell in! I didn't even know it was open!!!!! I cannot fully think about how different my life could be right now. I could be at the hospital with a child (or children) in a coma with brain damage or facing a funeral for one or both of my babies. Not to mention if one of our neighbors children came over! If you need any further convincing that this company is the pits - * The day that the pool gate was left wide open the same technician was hiding at the entrance of our driveway (a location where he could not be seen from the house) logging time 'working' at our location. I know this because I was sitting on top of our gate (right above him) putting up Halloween decor. He sat in his car doing nothing (not eating, not on phone, nothing) & the only reason he finally drove forward was because I startled him when I came down. He sat there for 15 min but who knows how long he would have sat there if I had not come down. Pool Tech has been billing us for these hours they have 'worked' on our pool. * They send their best sales people in the beginning & then everything changes. Our pool has been green the majority of September & they have only been serving our pool for about 2 months. They told us to drain 6 inches & refill it because of a chlorine issue I still don't understand (& don't want to); we have been pool owners less than a year & hired a pool company to manage our pool - not turn it green & tell us how to fix it. If you would like to discuss my experience further I am happy to. My hope is that my reviews might prevent future tragedies that WILL be caused by this negligent company.
