This company use to be wonderful but has gone downhill. I went online and filled out a service…read morerequest and never received a response. A few days later I called and nobody answered. I called the following day and again nobody answered so I left a message for them to call back and guess what. No return call. I called again and finally spoke with someone that informed me it would be $199.00 to come out to my home. Once they got here they would give me a quote. The $199 doesn't get deducted it's what they charge just to come to your home.I purchased my Hot Springs hot tub 20+ years ago and have never been charged for them to come out to my house. Something has changed at this place. They use to be a Hot Springs dealer only but appears no longer. If you purchase anything from them beware of these fees they started charging.

They explained everything's I wrongly decided to get electrical done elsewhere, nothing would heat up. Josh (the owner) drove up personally and within ten minutes diagnosed that the breaker was blown. He then took his time to drive out and buy me a new breaker, install everything and test all the systems He walked me thru it all and checked for leaks and ensured all the settings were good. A technician came to my house and I was told that the part was ordered. Six months later, I still didn't have the part. Eventually I had to get my attorney involved because I was completely left in the dark. Once my attorney got in contact with the store, they finally informed me that they no longer carry the brand of my hot tub. In all that time no one at the store let me know what was going on. Instead of offering any assistance I received a very hostile letter from Pamela Hester the Senior Managing Partner. Considering the issue with the part resulted from a lack of communication from the store, I felt that this was very rude and unnecessary. Do not purchase anything from here. They are unhelpful and make no effort to accommodate their customers.
