They explained everything's I wrongly decided to get electrical done elsewhere, nothing would heat up. Josh (the owner) drove up personally and within ten minutes diagnosed that the breaker was blown. He then took his time to drive out and buy me a new breaker, install everything and test all the systems He walked me thru it all and checked for leaks and ensured all the settings were good. Adam had me work with Brett, and I learned a lot about hot tubs...I owed one previously in the late 90's...and there has been a lot of good changes to these things. Anyway, these guys listened to our needs & budget and found a hot tub that our family LOVES. In fact, I was even impressed with their install team, who went over everything with me again on the care of the tub. We did have one issue, appears a house got twisted during delivery effecting the water pressure. These guys came out quickly, found the problem and fixed it. I would HIGHLY recommend Adam, and his entire team of professionals. They are passionate about these tubs, and very knowledgeable so if you are in the market for one, start with these guys.

A technician came to my house and I was told that the part was ordered. Six months later, I still didn't have the part. Eventually I had to get my attorney involved because I was completely left in the dark. Once my attorney got in contact with the store, they finally informed me that they no longer carry the brand of my hot tub. In all that time no one at the store let me know what was going on. Instead of offering any assistance I received a very hostile letter from Pamela Hester the Senior Managing Partner. Considering the issue with the part resulted from a lack of communication from the store, I felt that this was very rude and unnecessary. Do not purchase anything from here. They are unhelpful and make no effort to accommodate their customers.

I had a leak in my hot tube, called for service to locate the leak. Charged $260 for the service call. Service man found heater leak and gave me an estimate of $465 to install new heater and it would have to be ordered. When I called to get it ordered, the price went up to over $1000 dollars. I bought the heater on line for $365 and installed it myself. What a ripoff, never do business with them again.
