For the cost and the time it took to receive it this cue is pretty amazing and very responsive. I've seen a lot of complaints about customer service in here though I never had to speak with anyone over the phone I actually received an email about 3 weeks after my order verifying that I'd actually gotten my product so that's always a bonus. Overall I would say that I'm very satisfied with the service and products of Ozone. read more

We stepped out to price some games for our newly remodeled basement. After visiting the Kennesaw location, we will NOT be placing our order with Ozone Recreation. We were the only customers in the store and hardly received any help. The employees (2) did not welcome us or even proactively try to assist. They seemed totally disinterested, which we found strange for salespeople. One appeared to be knowledgeable enough, but we had to pull out every piece of information regarding pool tables, shuffleboards and arcade games. By the way, I support giving customers time and space to explore inventory, but this wasn't the case at all. We had to initiate every interaction. It felt cheap. The showroom is located in a dilapidated strip mall. We pulled in on a weekend afternoon and there were no cars in the lot. We seriously wondered if we misread store hours. Nope - we arrived in the middle of the workday. Everyone loves a good deal, but the lack of effort from the employees was highly concerning (as other Yelpers have experienced). It's way too big of a purchase for us to risk on a business or team with such a lackadaisical, uninvolved approach to customer service. I do not recommend Ozone Recreation. read more

After three deliveries in 14 months, I finally received my whole order. I am pleased with everything that I purchased. Between Covid and global supply chain challenges it is very difficult to get anything without a delay. As for Ozone, great folks to work with. read more

I read some negative reviews about customer service. I have purchased several items over, returned a few, and generally never had a problem. It's always a gamble to order online. They do have the best prices and inventory. Not too many billiard shops anymore. Most pool halls have a limited stock. read more

These guys were so sweet to me! Thank you for your guidance and helping me make my husbands Christmas a good one!

Terrible. I spent 20,000 on a hot tub and the tub won't even get hot. The jet won't work is literally just a pool. It's a waste of money it's a waste of time the people in the back don't know what they're doing they probably missed the part Don't waste your time. read more

After almost 20 years out of the pool hall scene I decided to dust off my cues and start up my once beloved hobby obsession. Since all my old local billiards stores had long since closed up shop I decided to browse online. My original intention was to check out a store about 40 miles away from home but living in the Los Angeles area, that drive in traffic is not so quick and easy. Somehow I stumbled onto the Ozone Billiards website and merely intended to window shop. When I noticed I could order a new shaft, I went for it. After placing the order it dawned on me that my cue being 20 years old, the new shaft joint may not be the same so I emailed the manufacturer. Sure enough I found out the joints were not the same. At this point it was a day or two after placing the order. I emailed Ozone to ask if it were possible to cancel and not only did they accommodate, they issued a full refund instantly. I was so impressed with the customer service I took the plunge and ordered a Lucasi custom cue. Now the best parts of ordering from them? For starters, on some of their higher end cues, they offer a free cue case or pay upgrade fees for better/bigger cases. My fave upgrade though, they can personalize the cue and/or case with your name! Pricing is very consistent and competitive with other online retailers, so the upgrade selections are what won my business over the other stores. The ground shipping was relatively quick considering I had my name etched on the cue and a quick roll test on the pool table proved the cue to be solid and straight. My biggest fear was getting stuck with a warped shaft and having to deal with a return but no such issues here. All in all, I was very satisfied with this first time purchase and will return for another cue. May have to shop for a bigger case now that my cue collection is growing. read more

Ozone Recreation - My new Lucasi cue with my name engraved on it by Ozone Billiards. 21 ounce solid hitting cue. Great quality and reasonable price points. - Pool & Billiards Near Me - Kennesaw, Georgia

Do not buy from them!!! I spent 10k on a hot tub that broke within a month of using it. Repair calls take a week or so before someone can make it out and parts take weeks so I've been without a hot tub for over a month yet they have their 10k in full. Stop using Covid as an excuse as its no longer a valid excuse. read more

Awful nonexistent customer service. Placed an order for a pool table end of November and have had to call 3 times a week for status checks. After one month of delays with shipping they told me they didn't have staff to handle the shipping. After much pressure it was shipped to an installer 3 hours away from me and no paper work was sent to installer. They were never advised the table was on its way and now there is a delay in installing it because Ozone won't return calls to give them the authorization that it was paid for! Do not advise doing business with ozone. It's been 7 weeks and still no word back! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP HERE. I would have gave you a zero, but they want allow me to honestly rate your service that low, I get better customer service online !!! At your level of quality service, your business probably won't be around long enough for the next person to read this. CLOSED. read more

Absolutely fantastic customer service and support from Kennasaw location. Bying 19 foot swim spa with hot tub connected

We were looking for power recliners for our home theater. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even with doing the financing, the whole process we fairly quick and easy. We even received a 15% discount. I would definitely use Ozone again. read more

Buy right, buy only once! I had to return a pool table cover that I got online from Amazon. The ones I get from Ozone do the job and last. Also I returned a pool stick and they repaired it under warranty. Above an beyond the call of duty. Thanks Ozone. I will reward you with my future business. read more

First order for me and I'm certain it will not be the last. Great service! Great product and great prices! Fast shipping as well.

Had some delivery schedule issues with my pool table, but have to give Ozone credit for making it right. I bought in early January and they scheduled Feb 23 delivery. Close to that date I called for an update and they pushed delivery out to April 8th because it was backordered at the manufacturer. With that being 6-7 weeks from what we agreed on, obviously I was not happy. But they went out of their way to do the right thing. The GM reached out and scheduled a delivery of the floor model of the table I had ordered right around my original delivery date and agreed to come swap it out to my new table as soon as it arrived from the manufacturer. When something does go wrong, which can happen to any business, you have to respect a company that's willing to step up and make it right. That's why I say this business is worth your time and money. read more

Super fast delivery, great products, and the best price around. I will use them again for any of my billiard needs

These are excellent balls, and a great value. You will notice the difference between less expensive pool balls, and the difference is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the game of pool. read more

I ordered the pure white pool table felt from their online store dec. 6th. Just called customer service to check and see when it would arrive and guess what? It hasnt even left the warehouse!! LOL not to mention I was told that because they HADNT updated their website the pure white felt I ordered *for $133* actually has black specks in it. NOW I have to tell my husband what I got him for Christmas TO MAKE SURE HE IS OKAY WITH SOME BLACK SPECKS ON HIS FELT. This is piss poor service and I will for sure NEVER use or recommend them to anyone ever. read more

The breaking Pool Cue was a great investment. There were many cues to choice from within the price range I had in mind. I play 3 times a week, APA 8 & 9 ball and NAPA limited "Lagers Choice". I have been using it for a couple of weeks now & and I have been making more balls on the break than I have before. For every 5 breaks I have, at least one or more balls fall in out of 4 breaks. It has made me more confident during my game. The reviews were right on & I enjoy using the breaking cue. The quality was as advertised and the shipment arrived quickly. It was packaged so no damage would occur. The ordering process was easy & convenient. read more

Have recently made 2 separate purchases, which were a cue stick and cue case. Our entire pool table purchase and installation was flawless. The table is stunning, their customer service was amazing, and we are confident that if there are any issues with our table, they will be addressed professionally and accurately. Their website was easy to use, their online chat was effective, and dealing with Angelo in the home-office was everything you could ask for. Thank-you all for an amazing experience. read more

I ordered a case and a shaft. Should have shipped Thursday and i would receive on Tuesday. called Tuesday and they said it never shipped. they would upgrade for free to overnight. which would mean wednesday but that didn't happen. then we got a storm on thursday. so my stuff arrived Friday evening. 3 days late! I sent them an email about my experience and they credited me 15% of my order which i felt was fair compensation for the stress. Case and Shaft were exactly what i ordered it just took a lot longer to receive than it should have. read more

Needed cue tips overnighted, spent extra money for shipping to make that happen. Ordered on a Thursday morning and arrived on Monday at noon, even after 2 on line chats expressing my need to have the Tips no later than Saturday. No second chances on this. Have to agree with the other 1 star reviews because Yelp won't let me give 0 stars. Customer service is terrible. Ordered on Sunday and was advised would ship on Tuesday. Called on Wednesday and did not ship so they were upgrading to next day because I was leaving town. Got an email from Ozone today that they were shipping next day, then got and email from UPS that they shipped 2nd day so it will arrive after I leave town. Paid to have UPS redirect it but is not expected to arrive before Xmas. Aggravation and trouble not worth the price. read more

I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you that your customer service agents on the live chat are beyond exceptional! I chatted first with Johnpaul and then with Chris, and both agents were out of this world helpful. I work in corporate America (in banking) and I pride myself on our agents providing the best customer service but these two went above and beyond what was expected. I placed an order yesterday with 2 day shipping, hoping to get this stick by Friday as a gift for someone who is going to be shooting tomorrow with Earl Strickland!! Yes, the Pearl!!!! I hadn't realized that the engraving was going to add a day to the processing, but JohnPaul reached out to the warehouse manager and assured that the delivery would get out today! Then once the tracking info hit my email I saw that the arrival wasn't until Monday. I spoke to Chris via chat who immediately took ownership and made a phone call to get the tracking updated. Provided me the new tracking number and it is now assured for tomorrow! Thank you so very much to your agents and their wonderful customer service! I will certainly be back for more pool equipment!!!! read more

great product. fast shipping. cue is perfect for me. i also requested for tip change and tip is also great. 5 stars.

Easy store to shop. Picked up a lot of new ideas for my home. Customer service was very much available, but not over bearing.

How do they stay in business????? I gave it 1 star cause after 2 weeks they finally got my cue to me........Probably by accident.

A good experience. Provided faster shipping than originally scheduled.

Great quality for the price, shipped fast and packed well

I ordered a combo break jump stick. Very good quality, better than expected. I also ordered the 3 butt 5 cue case with my name. It was also better quality than expected. Would highly recommend. read more

I looked for a year at all the models, Wayfair, Sam's, independent dealers, Saltwater options (I do not recommend). So I was well informed by the time I got with Mike at the Norcross location with Ozone. He was spot on with pros and cons and told me before I purchased what Covid-19 delays might do to timing. After listing to why I wanted this purchase, he talked me in to the lower cost Jacuzzi J335 because it would fit us size and use wise better. ( The App to run it is great!) After we got it, I realized he was absolutely correct. Yes, we had issue after the install. It is a hot tub! You need to expect that! That's why I was glad I purchased mine at Ozone. If you want a hot tub that Melvin's snag and drag movers has to hall off in 12 months, get it off the web. Yes a I paid more than the Wayfair ones, but I am glad I did. Support was fantastic! I had a PEOPLE I could call and text and they responded!! Mark in support got the issues spot on! We got everything addressed! Yes I am still waiting on a part for an item that needs to be replaced! They have called me and kept me up to date before I could call them. We are in a Covid-19 world now, expect a delay or two! But they got us working around it! We are loving the lights, the heat, the massages. It works great and though my wife did not want me to get it originally, now she loves it. After talking to my friends who purchased the inexpensive ones with no in person support, I am so glad I purchased at Ozone Recreation. Fair price (not the lowest), Great Service that is continuing, great to deal with people and not an email!!! This is the way to go, we are very happy. We expect there will be issue going forward, but we know we have the service we need from people that know what they are doing! Go Ozone! read more
