I went over to the bar to get a table, and the bartender let me know that pool time is free during lunch hours M-F with a $10-12 purchase (per person). That said I ordered the philly melt with curly fries and a beer. For free pool, the sandwich was decent, but the fries were better by comparison. Keep in mind that 3 stars is still above average.

It was after 6 and the guy didn't show until 7:35. According to general tournament guidelines - game is forfeited after 15 minutes if a no show. Rules are apparently not applicable for regulars. So we waited. We ordered drinks and we're then informed the balls from earlier weren't rwturned and I would be charged $12. Really? The young lady insisted that the promo did not apply. I showed her the ad and she said she had to ask her manager. Really? Turns out it is the same lady who was bending tournament rules. Otherwise... Lots of pool tables. Big place. Good music. Limited menu but ok for a pool hall. Bad management. You decide. Addendum- we went outdide for 10 minutes after proving we were right regarding free pool. Then we were forfeited for that round. On top of that- we were refused to have entry fee returned. These people are rude and make the rules up to suit their nickle and diming false accusations. The servers are mediocre too. The biggest offense is how badly maintained the pool tables are. Disgraceful. What a dump! I will be informing affiliates and officials of our experience.

Our friends had wings (big flavor selection) and nachos, the $5 Yuengling Draft was another bonus. Cold and fresh. The service staff was friendly and checked on us often. We'll be back. No smoking was the reason we chose this location.

She said we seemed drunk shortly after arrival when playing pool (we had 2 pitchers between 4 people). We had arrangements to leave in an uber but she seemed to be determined to say we were being irresponsible when taking shots. She kicked us out but then did not hand us our card that we had given them. No one in our party was irresponsible or unruly, we were trying to have a good time and we left feeling harassed.

We were the only customers in the store and hardly received any help. The employees (2) did not welcome us or even proactively try to assist. They seemed totally disinterested, which we found strange for salespeople. One appeared to be knowledgeable enough, but we had to pull out every piece of information regarding pool tables, shuffleboards and arcade games. By the way, I support giving customers time and space to explore inventory, but this wasn't the case at all. We had to initiate every interaction. It felt cheap. The showroom is located in a dilapidated strip mall. We pulled in on a weekend afternoon and there were no cars in the lot. We seriously wondered if we misread store hours. Nope - we arrived in the middle of the workday. Everyone loves a good deal, but the lack of effort from the employees was highly concerning (as other Yelpers have experienced). It's way too big of a purchase for us to risk on a business or team with such a lackadaisical, uninvolved approach to customer service. I do not recommend Ozone Recreation.
