The instrument and case were in impeccable condition and the staff was extremely helpful. I strongly suggest adding the insurance to your rental for $10 extra a month. His sax broke at one point and all I had to do was drop it off, get a temporary replacement and wait a week for them to fix it. Easy peasy. The return was just as easy as the rental.
