I entered the store and was greeted by the guy with the ponytail. His name is Malachi and I showed…read morehim the product. I bought two days prior that I did not open, but a part of it was open and damaged and scratched then a female walked up and said what are we have here? What's going on? Her name is Raven She immediately scripted all this product comes this way went from manufacture. So I explained while I would just like either my money back or store credit, they looked at me with a smile on their face and said oh I'm sorry all we can do is give you a coupon And of course I refused, why would I ever come back to a place that treats their customers like idiots. Malachi then pointed out see all these signs. No return policy. Well, let's just look at the receipt. Nope you cannot sell a product. It's unopened or used and not return. So I had them call the district manager, so Raven went to the back and acted like she made a phone call when she came back said sorry but no I. Ant return a unused broken tobacco tray, I asked her who she spoke to so I want to see if the name is correct. If you need anything and want customer service don't come to this location. The way I was treated by both Malachi and Raven is wrong. When a customer walks in and it's graded very nicely, then asked politely I need to return this and another coworker immediately bulrushes you to make you say the exact same thing you said and then open it clearly can tell it's damaged still has the plastic on it and told this is how it arise by the manufacture sorry we can't help you. The only thing I can do is call the district manager in the way she said it I said yes please. Normally I don't care if there is something you can't do but I was completely lied to because one looked at the other to make sure all we can't help this gentleman and I was being as nice as a friend and don't get me wrong I understand there's rules, but this was up to Raven, who went into the back to make a call to see if she could help me out, knowing she was not gonna make that call Malachi said during her back room call to the on call district manager, Malachi said prepare yourself they will say no. So I went back to the display of tobacco trays and saw one that I would like to exchange or use money from an exchange. So another employee took it down and handed me and I asked about exchanges return policy and heard a difference story of return policy, but it's up to Malachi. So as soon as Raven came out of the back room, she shook her head no so politely I said I understand. Turn to Malachi and said hey can we do an exchange for this one and I'll cover the rest with cash. He said no there's no way I can do that. This is an unused tray that has malfunction or damage to be the correct word. The night I purchased the tray there were other things going on in this store that others would be appalled. I'll hold that story for another time. I just want to not not be treated ignorant like that's the first time I've walked through those doors and the biggest thing is lied to on top of bullied up on. I'm very disappointed.
