We couldn't be happier with our experience with Chestatee Kitchen and Bath! From the very…read morebeginning, Kimberly made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She truly held our hands through every step, making sure we stayed on schedule and within our budget. Her kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful planning gave us so much confidence. The CAD drawings were incredibly helpful and made us feel like she really understood our vision from day one, which set the project up for success. Billy was equally wonderful to work with. He noticed little things issues with our old layout and took the initiative to address them before the project was finished. That level of care and pride in the work really stood out. I even had to leave town while the remodel was underway, and I never once worried about leaving our home in their hands. The work continued exactly as planned, everything stayed on schedule, and I came home to a beautifully finished space. John did an excellent job with the tile work, and the cabinet and glass installers, and supporting team members were professional, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home. It's clear Kimberly has built an outstanding team that genuinely cares about the quality of their work and their customers' experience. We absolutely love our new bathroom and are so grateful to everyone at Chestatee Kitchen and Bath. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and we look forward to working with Kimberly, Billy, and the team again on future projects.

A BIT INTIMIDATING!…read more It has been a long time since I last visited this business. I actually purchased stone here several years ago and now I'm looking for something else. On my previous visit, there were materials everywhere. They just had a huge selection. Today I found things a bit bare. They typically carry large and varied stones which are in generous supply and also smaller rocks, stones and gravel for landscaping. The smaller items were very limited and I'm just guessing that things will pick up as the weather warms. This is a large property and very probably more "contractor friendly" than comfortable for the typical homeowner. I just felt like I was in the way because I had to dodge the large trucks and specialized equipment. You can actually feel free to walk around and take photos but you are not likely to get inspired because they don't have a lot of their materials displayed in a functional way. You will see them as you walk into the office, (walkway steps, porch), but I think it would be nice if they were incorporated throughout the site. This time around, I need something a little more intimate and a little more user friendly.
