They listened to what we wanted in terms of drawers, hanging space, lighting and overall style and feel and then took it to the next level. We are extremely pleased with the result. The overall journey was also a pleasure as the Best Price crew was absolutely great to work with and their attention to detail was incredible. Steve and Valery absolutely know what they are doing when it comes to making first class cabinetry and bringing their customer's vision to reality. Can't wait to have them get started on our master bathroom.

Five stars--and probably several hours of my life saved. I…read moreordered a ceiling storage unit for my garage and, somewhere during the unpacking process, realized I was going to be short a few things: a stud finder, lasers, the right tools...and, most importantly, patience. With a tight timeline and the growing realization that this project had the potential to become one of those "it looked easier online" situations, I made the call to Handy Hero. Victor called the day of service, showed up as promised, and knocked out the installation quickly and professionally. More importantly, the finished product looks considerably better than what I suspect my version would have--and I have much greater confidence that everything stored overhead will actually remain overhead. Victor was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Great experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Handy Hero again for the next project that exceeds my tools, talent, or patience.

My designer, Samantha, was so professional, helpful and thoughtful. She helped me design our his and hers closets and my laundry room. She thought of things that I didn't consider adding! Husband love his closet and I love, love, mine! It's beautiful and functional. I hated the racks. The design process was seamless and I loved that she provided 3D images the day after the consultation. Also, Samantha answered all my follow up questions before and even after signing the contract. They were reasonable in price and by Nicole and The install took a full day (3 spaces). My installers, Andrew and Sergio, were awesome, worked quietly and efficiently. They did an amazing job bringing the images to life and cleaning the spaces after the install. I needed to make one small adjustment after the install. Samantha submitted the ticket and they took care of it with no issues. I am very happy and I highly recommend the company and Samantha!

Kimberly was amazing! I had cleaned and organized the majority of the family house but the garage…read morewas giving me so much anxiety. I really didn't want to deal with it and felt that the current hanging racks just would not work with organizing. I needed everything to be properly put away. Kimberly sold me on Artisan because she is meticulous, detail-oriented and very knowledgeable on the product. She was very clear on what customers did and did not like including her own experience which helped to confirm what I wanted. The install was very smooth and he walked me through how to use the accessories. I did get another option from The Container Store and it very obvious for me to move forward with Kimberly and the design. It was thought out for what I needed and thorough in the measuring to accommodate my space / tools which I was not getting from the competitor. There was no thought there or expansion on my initial ask. Back to the garage, I would have Artisan or my handyman paint the walls. I did have a handyman remove the racks and cover the holes beforehand as I wanted a smooth install, but I didn't have them paint the walls white again. It is not a big deal but a note to anyone else who is on the fence about it. I did have a small work station installed and I did ask about lights or tools to hang right in from of me. I don't think they offer that in their current catalog but I do think that should add in the future. The handy-wall is larger so I don't think it would fit in that space to hang smaller tools. If you are looking for something similar, you may want to design the space to leave that open and do it yourself. I have a garden rack next to it so I do use the lights and the wooden pole to hang a fan. Overall, I am very happy with the final product and the install. I have had a lot of experiences where the sales sold a great experience or tool only for the install to be a mess or disrespectful to your home. So I do dread installs and thankfully that was not an issue here. It was exactly what I wanted and Kimberly and the installer made the experience very easy and stress-fre.

Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor! I hired them to paint and reface my kitchen…read morewith new shaker style doors. They measured my kitchen cabinets in October, and then started the project on December 6th. The painting of my existing cabinets took a week and went fine. They started hanging the new doors the following week. Unfortunately, the door fronts were all too small, leaving gaps between the doors and the side panels were all too small as well. The project manager who was assigned to our job, Chris, assured us on three occasions that he would make it right. He planned to change the hinges to see if that would help "close the gaps" and he would reorder doors if we were still unhappy with the outcome. They also didn't order all of my doors or any of the glass that was on my original estimate, so I was left with a few open cabinets through the holidays. The last we heard from Chris was prior to the holidays. My husband and I both left messages for the owner, Jerry Marshall, and he never returned either of our calls or text messages. He screens his calls with some robo-call software. I guess that should have been my first red flag!!! My husband spoke to the previous owner of this company a couple of weeks ago who said he would make sure this was handled. He as actually the one who came to my house first and did the estimate, followed my Jerry a week later. It's been a parade of people and I am just blown away by the unprofessionalism and disrespect. Do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR if you're thinking about using these guys. I am moving on with a new contractor who is also blown away at the poor craftsmanship I was left with :(
