I decided to get a few quotes and Freier Homes just impressed with the thoroughness of the design, follow up and professionalism. We decided to go ahead with their quote because we really liked Kalleb (owner) and his thoroughness + attention to detail. Our stairs came out great! Kalleb had a great team to help get the stairs done as well as a team to add in the landing, which was done in stone. We also had them make a "baby gate" for the stairs and it looks so good! Everything ties in to the original design so once it's painted, I believe you won't be able to tell the difference between what was there and what was added. Needless to say, we look forward to working with Kalleb again on whatever our next project is!

From first to last we've had nothing but friendly, respectful and competent employees and contractors in our home. The plans they drew up solved all of the problems you can imagine existed in a kitchen that old. Tear done was done quickly and with little mess beyond the kitchen itself, even when removing the popcorn ceiling, and from then on everything went pretty much on schedule. We made a couple of changes along the way (the dreaded change orders), the color of the fridge and oven cabinets after they had been on order for awhile delayed their installation and then we decided on a different trim color for the windows and doors after the painter had finished :( Totally our choices and, we felt, worth the additional expense, but GH managed the schedule to get it all done on time anyhow. Several other suggestions we made, addition of 2 new outlets, moving the position of a cabinet and the size of another, etc., were accommodated with no fuss and no additional charge. Over time we've renovated our master bath, a half bath and a shared, Jack & Jill bath between two guest rooms. So, we've had some experience with the process and with various contractors. This renovation was, by far, the best experience we've ever had. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Almost wish we had something that needs work :)

They demolished the shower, removed the huge never-used garden tub, and all the flooring. Instead of a tiny cramped shower, we now have a large beautiful shower with an actually usable bench and handheld shower in addition to the most comfortable large showerhead we've ever used. A beautiful inset shelf is backed with the same mosaic tile as the "rug" in the center of the polished tile floor. Every detail was carefully planned and overseen. The craftsmanship is beautiful. The company was on time and their organization was perfect. And everyone who worked on the remodel was so talented! Visiting guests have one consistent comment: "Wow!" We agree! Thanks to everyone for an outstanding job!

Very responsive!! Thank you Miles. I felt comfortable with Miles in our home and I had confidence in him. Their pricing was very competitive a bit less than the other two contractors. After placing a deposit we scheduled a dates and times. Everything went very smooth. This was a three day project. Day two was painting only. Juan Hernandez leader of the three man paint crew was very nice. They were a great team to work with. We had a two person crew on day one and day three with Dayann as the lead he was great, also a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend making Stairworx your go to company! Everyone who enters our home comments on the beautiful stairs, right before they say they need to…read moreget theirs done! I recommend no one else besides Stairworx. In every regard, they are ideal. There is no reason to go anywhere else. We have a large spiraling grand staircase in our entranceway. 133 balusters. The balusters we had before were 15 years old, white, and scuffed and worn (the previous owners had two young children). We wanted something durable, easy to maintain, and elegant. They are exactly that! The transformation is remarkable. We had the wood floors redone and stained a dark cherry when we first moved in 12 months ago, so with this and the iron balusters, it looks like an entirely different entranceway! We found Stairworx online doing a Google search, and are very lucky we did! David was great to deal with. Prompt, professional, and descriptive. It's rare to find someone who is so on top of things, who simply gets the job done, and so efficiently it seems with ease. I've dealt with a lot of contractors, businesses, sub contractors, etc., and I genuinely wish everyone was like David. It would make my life much more enjoyable! (By the way, Home Depot is a nightmare to deal with on contracting jobs.) David was able to understand what I wanted right away, even though I had no expertise on the subject and had never done this before. And then he carried through exactly the way he said he would, and in our tight time frame too! The two men who came to install the balusters were polite, professional, knowledgable, and clean. They wore covers on their shoes, and put tarps down over the floor, and before they left they swept up (even though it was basically spotless already). They communicated clearly, and made sure they were installing exactly what I wanted before they began. It took an afternoon to install, and the result was absolutely stunning! I am so happy with our stairs, and I hope you read this and soon feel the same way with yours!

Before we even knew the full extent of damage, James was at my house measuring and quoting our new floors. He's incredibly responsive, helpful. compassionate, reasonable with his communication and action plan. While we battled for insurance money, approval for work to begin, and using a GC for the bulk of the project and James for our floors, he had an order held and waiting for us. Once we got the go ahead, James had flooring at my house the next day ready for installation. Ronald, Janesmar and Junior all carried the same level of respect, attention, and drive that James has to complete our project quickly and correctly. I have recommended James to other friends who've used his company and has equally glowing words for him and his team. I hope to never need new hardwood floors again, but if 3rd time is the charm, I'll still call PeachState Hardwood!

When we had our first floor replaced, Ronald had it done in less than a day. Both times Peach State worked fast and delivered great results. I can't recommend them enough if you're looking for hardwood flooring people.

innovative Woodworks did a fantastic job building our sunroom and deck…read more Dominic, Steven and Ray started work in the middle on an August heatwave and they had it 75% done in just 3 weeks. That crew worked extremely hard in record heat from 9 to 6 every day. They worked fast - not sloppy fast, but efficient fast; like they have done this a thousand times before. And they left the job site clean and orderly every day. Our agreement was that IW would build the structure and I would procure the door and windows, which they would install. We had to wait a few weeks for the windows, but IW came back and finished the job as soon as the windows were available. We got quotes from several builders, and IW's price was in the middle, but they gave me the most confidence that they could actually do the job. And I liked that they did not ask for any money upfront, but rather pay 25% at 4 agreed-upon stages of progress. We had a good idea of what we wanted, and provided IW with some sketches and approximate dimensions, and they did the rest. When there were design choices to be made, they laid out the options and let us decide. They did NOT nickel and dime us with lots of billable change orders. Our project was slow to get started due to a snafu getting the building permit (which IW handled completely ) but once they got started, they made amazingly fast progress. I heartily recommend Innovative Woodworks - these guys are pros!

He took our measurements for all hardwood upstairs, one guest room downstairs, carpet in basement theater room, and carpet on basement steps. We were moving into a new home and needed floors done immediately. Paul made a few phone calls and came and dropped off the material within a matter of days. This was a pretty big job but Paul and his team not only completed the job on time but the floors were installed perfectly. Paul also called me almost daily to give me an update and check in on progress. Harrison also came by at the end of the project and took some of our extra trash and leftover paint from moving to their dumpster (talk about going above and beyond). We have already received so many compliments on our new floors and will definitely be using Coastal Floors for future remodeling projects. Thank you to Paul and team for the most amazing experience! I highly recommend giving them a call for any flooring needs.

Plus, I was in the military, so I comb over everything with a fine-toothed comb. Unlike many people, I am more about quality over cost. I'd rather pay more for a top quality installation than to pay less and leave it to chance and risk a poor job. Daniel's Floors is quite impressive! I received both top quality workmanship and service AND competitive pricing. I had never heard of them prior to this project. They replaced our carpet with hardwood in our master bedroom and walk-in closet, upper level landing/foyer to include linen closet, and upper level sitting room with walk-in closet. The flooring came out darker than expected, but they stripped it down and re-stained it to our liking at no additional charge. The sitting room previously mentioned was not in the original quote, but we had around 120 - 140 sq. ft. of hardwood remaining. Originally, they gave us the option to keep the hardwood or return it for a stocking fee. The next day, they surprised us when they said that they would install the remaining hardwood in an area of our choice . . . . also at no additional charge. If the installers were upset about all of this additional work, I could not tell it. They remained professional, courteous, and pleasant beginning to end. They were so great that I felt bad about the additional work. I didn't even want them to do any of this on the house, but they insisted. The quality of the installation 10/10. The quality of the hardwood 10/10. The quality of the service 10/10. OVERALL 15/10!!! We will definitely use them in the future when we replace the carpet in the upper level bedrooms and when it comes time for re-finishing or if any repairs/maintenance arise.
