Three Little Dogs did an outstanding job carpeting three bedrooms and two sets of stairs. Lauri was excellent at helping us choose the carpet and design that best suited our home. The installation was very good and very quick. The price and the service was great. read more

They initially did a plank floor in my home office a few years ago. But the service and price were superb, and when I decided to replace my second-floor carpet with hardwood, I did some quotes with Costco and went back to them. Better price, service, and support. If you are local in the Cumming or Forsyth County area. They are the best. read more

Leslie was amazing - patient and very knowledgeable. They sanded, smoothed, re-stained and refinished the floors, even replacing some planks - and it is done RIGHT. And as a bonus, they came in UNDER the estimate. read more

If you need flooring, don't go anywhere else. Leslie Eversole and her team are the best in the business.

I built my house in 2021 and used TLD for all my hardwood flooring, LVP, carpet and tile. Their selection is so extensive and varied, but what makes this business special is their knowledge of the products and knowledge of trends. I recently wanted to freshen up my den with a new rug and yes I called Leslie at TLDs asking for recommendations. she brought samples over and measured my den and together we agreed on a product that provides custom size rugs. In less than 2 weeks my new rug arrived. I love it. Thank you very much for everything. Yet again you've come through with just the right piece. You are a blessing to our community! read more

We were referred to Three Little Dogs flooring by our seller's realtor and I must say, we were very impressed by their service and prices. Our kids picked out paint colors for their rooms that were a bit extreme for accent walls. Leslie helped pick similar colors that worked so much better with the rest of the paint in the house. The carpet choice was amazing as well. She coordinated the carpet installers and painters in time for us to move in. When we took possession of the house we realized we also needed new carpet in a couple more rooms and a lot more painting done. She was able to add the extra rooms, both carpet and paint within the same timeframe. Prices were similar to the big box stores and she provided interior decorating advice that we never would have gotten from Home Depot or Lowes. We were new to the area so we were a bit lost in trying to find painters so her coordination was paramount. Both her carpet installers and painters did an amazing job. We were so happy with the end result and Three Little Dogs will be our interior company for any and all improvements we make in the future. Leslie was great to work with. We highly recommend Three Little Dogs Flooring and Interiors! You will not be disappointed! read more

I waited months for a quote!! I called many times, texted and even left messages on their social media account trying to get a quote. Nothing. They came out and seemed to be excited about the project. We got along. She was nice. The only red flag was when she told me that my stairs which were botched from install could not be fixed. They were gaping on both sides from being cut too short length wise upon install. I was inquiring about having them redone with three little dogs so that they would not gap. Before replacement of my current treads I had red oak treads. When We put down white oak floors we had the red oak treads ripped out and replaced with white oak. They didn't gap when they were red oak so why should they upon a new install. I take it as they don't have the craftsmanship for the job. Which is the most important factors in my opinion when I am considering a company for remodeling my house. Second important factor for me is that the company keeps their word and has great customer service. If you want to gamble I'd give them a try... if they'll ever call you back or give you a quote... read more

Everyone at TLD Flooring was super friendly, patient and very helpful in educating me on the different types of flooring . Lauri was very detailed when she came out to measure and offered great suggestions for my specific space. She was always quick to respond to my text and made the whole process stress free. This is a great place for all your flooring needs. read more

It appears that Cathy C isn't happy with anyone, check out her reviews and take them with a grain of salt. Now onto Three Little Dogs Interiors. My wife and I used them for flooring in two of our homes. We could not be happier with their service. Leslie spent a great deal of time in helping us select just the right carpet and hardwoods. The installation was flawless and the project was completed within our needed timeframe since we wanted the flooring installed before moving in. Leslie even worked with the installers late into the evening to get the job completed as our moving truck was arriving at 8:30am the next morning. This is a local small business that Cumming can be proud of, not some brick and mortar superstore. We have recommended Leslie to our friends who report similar satisfaction. Sometimes you just can't make everyone happy but we highly recommend Three Little Dogs. My wife and I would be happy to speak to anyone considering them. Please don't hesitate to use TLDI for your next project. They have a Facebook page with some pics of their great work. Check them out! read more

Can't say enough about Leslie and team at Three Little Dogs. We unfortunately had a flood which resulted in my year old floors ruined. Leslie arrived the day I called, and less than a week later my house is back together! The team who did the flooring worked quickly, professionally and did an absolutely fabulous job. I could not be happier! Do not hesitate to call in Three Little Dogs for your flooring needs... they do much more than flooring but I'll get to talk about that later when they renovate my bathroom! read more

Looked at several options for flooring. Since I was going to install flooring on all three levels of the house I was interested not only in quality of the product, but overall value. The professionalism shown in appointments, scheduling and the prompt attention to issues (both minor) was excellent. The work crews were very good and took care of our home during the week-long project. Overall highly recommended. read more

At the outset of my experience with Leslie, I let her know that the design project that I had in mind was of significant importance to me. She assured that she understood and she was confident in her ability to satisfy my vision. What started out to be a positive experience became one of frustration and disappointment. After meeting with her several times, I had made a decision to order quite a few items from her company. However, her inability to respond to simple requests, or, to follow up with promised info ("I'll get this to you today") seemed to indicate to me that I was not valued as a customer. When I responded to her requests, she would say "oh I didn't see that email" or simply ignore it altogether. I resorted to send her e-mails to simply call me and those were ignored as well. I will NEVER do any business with this company ever again. read more

After a lot of research and reading multiple reviews, I decided to go with Three Little Dogs Flooring and Interiors. Leslie has such an artistic vision for design. She was so patient, and took a lot of time helping me plan my renovations. It was difficult for me to envision the end result, but I put my trust in Leslie's vision for my project. We had new floors and baseboards installed throughout the entire house as well as a staircase facelift. It was a huge undertaking, but Leslie and her crew completely transformed my home. It's literally breathtaking to see what she has done. I wholeheartedly recommend Three Little Dogs Flooring and Interiors. I look forward to hiring them for future projects. read more

We were impressed at first with the level of help we received there. We had a very large project ahead of us with the entire downstairs flooring. We began with one room and contracted with Three Little Dogs Flooring to install carpet. After the carpet was installed, however, the followup promises that were made in relation to the remnant carpet and turning that into a usable throw rug were left unfulfilled. In addition, a promised followup visit by the owner to help us with deciding on the rest of the project never occurred. There was always "something else" they were having to do that they couldn't get out to us. We were also having trouble getting responses from them and finally just gave up. This may be considered a "good" place here in the south but where we are from this is just poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place and if you do go there, make sure all the promises are kept BEFORE you pay the bill. read more

I recently built out a large retail space from scratch. I needed multiple flooring surfaces including VCT tile, carpet, ceramic tile, and laminate. After evaluating multiple sources, I went with Three Little Dogs. They were able to provide an excellent selection across all of the various materials. their prices were extremely competitive, and the service was outstanding. Leslie, the owner, helped me through every step of planning, design, and installation. Since I have no decorating expertise, I really leaned on Leslie for her knowledge and designer instincts. The end results are amazing. The mix of colors and textures are something I could never have done on my own. Customers have complimented me on how great the place looks and ask me who did it - they know it wasn't me. In short, Three Little Dogs and Leslie provided great service, great advice, and perfect installation that was on budget and on time. Be sure to call them when you have flooring and design needs. you won't be disappointed. read more

We used 3 little dogs flooring and were very satisfied with the work they did at first. After she was paid, she was long gone. We have so far tried several times to reach out to her with little to no success. We have asked for a transition strip because our floors don't exactly match with the flooring Leslie recommended. She said no problem and asked that I drop off final payment at her office (of note: she was very, very patient with us getting the payment to her as we were late with that), and she said she would have the strip at her office waiting for me. I got to the office and gave payment, and then was told the strip was not there and that Marsal would drop it off, this was 2-3 weeks ago....needless to say I am still waiting for that strip. Today, I noticed some spots in the floor that the finish is chipped off, so I gave her a call and left a voice message early this afternoon, what a surprise... I still have not heard back. My husband and I are very disappointed as we do love the work she did. I just don't understand the lack of a response to us. We have several other rooms that need flooring and we planned on using this company, now its not looking as if we will. I will update this review and stars if and when I get a response from Leslie. I truly hope she comes thru as her work is as my husband says Stellar. read more

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for helping us select the best flooring for our kitchen/dining room. As homeowners, we shopped around for quality and pricing. Your quote was comprehensive and we appreciated that your team coordinated all contractors involved in our project. From the start of this project, Lauri Roberts was a professional. She arrived on time and was quite knowledgeable about the products available. We were replacing a "wood" flooring with a newer product and she made several suggestions. Whenever we would stop into your showroom, looking for inspiration, we found it from the entire staff! Everyone was always very helpful! Ovi and his crew are masters! They treated our home as we expect visitors to behave. They were always busy and focused on getting the job completed. The floor is beautiful! We have received many compliments and have recommended you to our friends. Should we decided to replace carpeting, you will be our only call. Thank you, again for your great customer service! read more

Leslie and the rest of her staff at Three Little Dog did an amazing job on renovating my master bedroom and bath. The did the job in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. Leslie was so helpful in helping me pic out the colors and style I wanted. We had a minor issue with some of the carpeting and Leslie took every measure to make sure we were 100% satisfied. It turned out amazing! I will be using them again in the future to help with other parts of my home. read more

If zero stars were an option, I would rate this business with just that rating. We recently moved to town and decided to try Three Little Dogs for a complete home flooring replacement. Leslie Eversole is one of the most unprofessional and most difficult people that we have ever worked with on any home project. It appeared that this job was a bit too large of scale for her to handle. She talked over you and forced her terrible suggestions on you and then became enraged and frustrated when we were telling her what we wanted! Who is the owner of the home? I think Ms. Eversole seemed to think she was paying our mortgage! Wow, stay clear of this one....horrible experience and not the type of company anyone would want to deal with when working on any home project. read more

We've used Three Little Dogs twice now for laminate, hardwood and carpet and could not be happier. Their wood installer, Ovi, is awesome!! He even created some custom pieces of molding at the bottom of our stairs that match the laminate we chose perfectly! When we had hardwoods installed in our office, we were concerned because they were sticky. They were happy to come back out and clean them for us and Ovi assured me that the stickiness would resolve on its own and it has. Everyone we have worked with at the office has been very professional and friendly and we will continue to use them in the future. read more
