Communication and project management were inconsistent throughout the job, which required far more homeowner oversight and repeated follow-up than we expected just to keep work moving. Several workmanship and finish-quality issues arose during the project, including items that remained unresolved near the end. A walkthrough was conducted, the full balance ($50,835) was paid, and the county completed the final inspection and issued the Certificate of Occupancy. Despite this, remaining finish items were not completed and follow-up stopped. Closeout communication also became unnecessarily confrontational despite our consistent good-faith efforts to resolve issues and bring the project to a proper conclusion. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

They stand behind what they do. 4. They understand your expectations. 5. They have a solid timeline (baring weather). In the first week of working on our home, the siding has been removed, the windows have been replaced, installed an awning over the garage and backdoor, the back deck has been replaced the front deck has been updated. 6. The crews have worked together for years the average appears to be 15+. They have a great vibe... 7. All the crews are specialized. There is a deck crew, siding crew, and an electrician. There is a painting crew and a finishing carpenter. Everything gets run through one person: your project manager. 8. There is NO UP SELLING. There are no "hidden" fees/surprises. 9. The project manager and the owner of the company is ALWAYS available (phone, text or email). 10. Punctuality. They arrive around 8, 8:30 and leave around 6, 6:30. 11. PaintingPlus thinks outside the box so our 1979 house now looks modern and the little touches that PaintingPlus came up with were things I never thought of that make the house "a home". 12. Trust.
