He was polite and also didn't find any issues, and that the issue I had was not worth service and that I could do it by myself. They got to work immediately, tore up what they needed to tear up, got the fans blowing, etc. They were very thorough. It was the next part where they really shined. I hate having to general contract out repairs. People today don't show up on time, finish on time, have no sense of urgency and do sub-par work. Supreme GC'd the whole repair from start to finish and did an excellent job. What I really appreciated was their attention to detail (rare today), excellent communications during the process (even rarer) and EVERY single worker that I met wasn't just polite, they were downright pleasant. The work was shoddy and even worse, despite promises, they put a lien on our house over a small amount that our insurance company had outstanding. This was due to an administrative error but after recommending them they nailed us to the wall with a lien over a very small debt that was not ours to pay. So forget any loyalty between customer and business. Their workers didn't speak English and looked like they were being paid substandard wages. The lien was the final straw with R4. Stay away.
