We recently had TilesMax remodel our primary bathroom, and the results are absolutely stunning!…read moreFrom the flawless tilework and sleek modern fixtures to the spacious walk-in shower and striking black vanities, every design choice exceeded our expectations. The team's attention to detail was evident in the precise grout lines and the elegant installation of the new features. Throughout the entire process, TilesMax demonstrated exceptional professionalism--always punctual, communicative, and respectful of our home. They completed the project on schedule and made sure to keep us updated at every step. We're thrilled with our new bathroom and highly recommend TilesMax to anyone seeking a high-quality, hassle-free renovation experience. Iwonka and Mark are a great team, had many suggestions and supported us with the selection of tile, vanities, lighting, paint color and faucets. The design perfectly matched our vision - modern clean functional. We especially love the new walk-in shower, black vanities (Willow Bath and Vanity has a great selection and we saved money buying non-custom vanities), and the beautiful tile work. The attention to detail was fantastic and it's clear they take real pride in their work. Not only did they finish on schedule, but they also stayed within our budget without compromising quality. It truly feels like a spa now every time we walk in. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend TilesMax and their awesome team to anyone looking for a high-quality remodel. Thank You: Iwonka, Mark and their great team, for transforming our bathroom into one of our favorite spaces in our home.

I hired Yanez Remodeling company for an interior painting project and, unfortunately, the…read moreexperience left much to be desired. While they may excel with smaller homes, it quickly became apparent that they were overwhelmed by the scope of my property. The timeline was extended due to personal reasons, resulting in an additional day added with last minute notice. The quality of work was inconsistent throughout the house. Corners were left as it appeared in some areas unfinished or barley touched, there were noticeable gaps and overspray, and paint ended up on the hardwood floors, stair railings and other areas. I am still getting paint spots up. Moving furniture led to scratched flooring, which was never addressed. Despite a clear conversation about rehanging a large framed picture properly, it was returned crooked. A curtain rod holder was broken, and the drapes were left on the floor. No compensation or discount was offered. The attention to detail simply wasn't there, and it showed in both the execution and the way the space was left after the job was done. I'm disappointed with the outcome and would advise future clients to consider the size and complexity of their project before hiring.

Imagination stepped up to finish the work and what a difference! They had many "work around" situations that had to be repaired and were able to fix things without having to tear everything out and start over. They treated our home like their own. The quality of their work was outstanding and at the end of the job, Cameron stopped by to make sure we were completely satisfied. Definitely a class act company and we highly recommend using them!

The initial consultation was straightforward and he brought samples which were helpful. He did a great job listening and quoting for the work I asked for. I had some challenges with his team's arrival times not being consistent, and the timeline seemed to take longer than originally expected, but these things happen during renovations and in the end wasn't a huge deal. The entire project took about a week. The final fit and finish were well done, the grout work and glass install were clean and impeccably installed. Finally, a small issue we found with the install was addressed in a timely manner.

Under a previous business name, Rushing renovated my bathroom with disastrous results. A job that…read morewas supposed to take a week dragged on for 29 days. Drywall tape marked "this side faces wall" was installed incorrectly, so it peeled off the wall after a few months. My expensive shower enclosure was melted when Reggie used a heat gun to speed the drying of the drywall mud. The shower plumbing was done incorrectly, so I had to hire a plumber and cut open the brand new wall. The wrong size window was shimmed into place using interior grade pine. The flooring was installed incorrectly (LVP, which Reggie lined up like square tiles instead of staggering the planks) and had to be torn up and redone, so the pieces don't line up correctly and the warranty was invalidated. When everything was said and done, Rushing sued me. (The case was tossed out of court, since I had ample evidence of clownish incompetence.) After my experience, I'll always do a Google mugshot search before letting any contractors into my house. Could have prevented myself a lot of grief and wasted money.

He lied and told us he had of a team of people, and it was no one but himself... It took him almost 2 MONTHS to paint our cabinets and put-up backsplash. WHY? He lied about the ability to paint cabinets correctly as I have paint bubbles in my cabinet doors which you can clear see!!! 3. He removed the doors and tried to paint them at his house, and it did not work. Brought my doors back looking horrible. 4. Normally companies take off the doors and paint. He put the doors back on and started painting leaving paint inside my cabinets and all over my hinges. 5. He NEVER PREPPED my floor CORRECTLY before he started painting and when it was time to clean up. There was PAINT all in my hardwood floor and it would not come out, so I had to get the ENTIRE redone!!!! 6. He got paint ALL OVER MY WALLS. He was supposed to only paint the cabinets... 7. Review for Atlanta Remodeling Specialist - Adam Williams (678-315-9849)…read more Unfortunately, my experience with Atlanta Remodeling Specialist and specifically Adam Williams was extremely disappointing. While the company may have access to subcontractors capable of good work, my personal experience was that the overall communication, reliability, and quality control were severely lacking. Throughout my project, communication was inconsistent at best and completely absent at worst. There were frequent excuses, last-minute cancellations, and ongoing delays, which caused a project that was originally estimated at four months to drag on far beyond the timeline. Repeated attempts to get clear updates were met with attitude, evasiveness, or no response at all. In my case, Adam personally installed cabinetry in a basement kitchenette. The installation was done so poorly that cabinets had to be redone, and several pieces were left rubbing against drawer faces. When concerns were addressed, I was met with unprofessional behavior and frustration rather than accountability or solutions. The constant nickel-and-diming, lack of transparency, shifting stories, and unwillingness to take responsibility ultimately forced me to end the relationship and hire someone else to finish the job properly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Adam Williams or Atlanta Remodeling Specialist. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to look elsewhere for a contractor who communicates clearly, honors timelines, stands behind their work, and behaves professionally.

After 4 years of living here I made the decision that I needed to open up the front entry room to the living room and the living room open up to the kitchen to create a much more seamless open living space. Old houses can be tricky so I knew it would not be easy. I interviewed many contractors and ultimately landed with Adam and his team at Atlanta Remodeling Specialists. To make this open concept work we needed to remove walls, put in two load bearing beams, rearrange and add to the kitchen, build up a subfloor, and then match flooring trim and cabinet colors. I'd like to think that I am pretty handy but I know my limits. So that's where these pros came in. I had a pretty clear image in my mind of what I was looking for and Adam and his team delivered! Every day they worked they kept the house as clean as they could so I could continue to live there during the process. Communication was top notch and easy to get questions answered especially because I often was at work while they worked on the house. During the project I also needed to have part of the roof repaired from a leak and Adam was able to set that up and a team was up there fixing it within 24 hours. I am incredibly thankful for the hard work this team has put into making this house more functional and the value they have added. My family including my dog who you'll see in the pictures are all excited for our future here. Highly recommend this company for your home renovations needs!

No…read moresupervisor was present to coordinate the crew or oversee the work, so we came home to find mistakes daily: they installed the wrong bead board, reinstalled the old medicine cabinet rather than the new one, didn't measure for wall switches, painted the windows shut, re-installed a clearly broken electrical outlet and didn't bother to sand, leaving rough edges as trim. Aside from the mistakes, the lack of supervision meant crews operated at unpredictable times without notice (nights, weekends) and were very disrespectful of our home. They used our bed as a staging area for drywall, stored hardware on our glass picture frames and used an electric saw on our couch to cut tile. They left a mess inside every day and piles of trash outside every evening. Despite repeated requests to clean up the construction debris, no one would pick it up and we had to take it to the landfill ourselves. Each crew blamed the other for the problems so I had to contact each crew to find out how to fix the other's problems. I wondered why we even hired a contractor if we had to do this ourselves. The bright spot was Taylor the plumber, who was prompt, friendly and detail-oriented. Otherwise, we were disappointed start to finish.
