The first day, they painted it and on the second day, they applied the acrylic coat (I know because of the smell). The color was not a tan, but a grayish pink color. I called and they did not like that I was complaining. I sent pictures of my swatch with the actual job done. The male owner(?) would not discuss unless I drove an hour to their office. There, he refused to come out of his office and talk with me and made the ladies in the office handle. I showed proof and we choose a slightly different color. He was a jerk. They came back out and repainted the tile in one day. It did not smell. It was not shiny. They did not put on the acrylic coat on. We have been very careful not to clean to aggressively. Now, the paint is chipping and is porous. Complete waste of money!!!! If you choose to use this company, I sure hope you don't have any issues.

Solid wood versus prefab and the quality is obvious. Even included finish work on the end that I didn't even know he was going to add. Met with Juan to tell him what we wanted, he was able to accommodate our requested date, showed up with the cabinets made at the workshop, installed them neatly and perfectly, clean up. I really wanted to write a good review for Certa Pro painters…read more I waited several months since our painting was done to be sure we were not over reacting. We have used Certa Pro painters in three other states that we've lived in and have always been very pleased with the work, but unfortunately this time it has left us disappointed. We had interior painting done last fall. There were countless drips & paint mishaps left on the floors in every room, door trims, kitchen cabinets, etc. I had to touch up the white trim & cabinets before Christmas since we had guests coming to visit. I found dozens more splatters on the floors recently as I washed the floors on my hands & knees after other upgrade projects were completed. Pics of just a handful are attached. I scraped up a lot before I started taking pictures. It doesn't seem they used drop cloths at all. The bathroom floor had a partial paint footprint behind the door. The biggest disappointment is the way the wall paint now appears around the door frames & shower stall. You can see where the wide brush marks and rolling were not blended. The wall trim paint looks like a brushed stripe in comparison to the rolled paint.....around all the doors. Simply put, it looks awful. We've never seen this before with Sherwin Williams paint which we've been using for over 30 years. Poor quality work, poor clean up, sloppy edges. I gave them 2 stars only because the coffered ceiling paint came out nice even though there were numerous drips on the floor in that area.

After calling to set up the initial inspect, Jeff was out there in a few days. He took the time to explain the job, and gave an estimate. A week later, someone was out here to do the work. They were timely, professional, and got it done before the end of the business day. Even when I noticed a small little piece that came undone, Jeff himself came out to take care of it. I don't wish that something else happens in my home anytime soon, but I do know eventually a lot of the other tile will need work. And for that, I'm glad I know I will be able to count on Sir Grout to take care of it!

Our MBA tub was chipping and peeling badly, and had unsightly rust around the tub drain due to the previous homeowner not properly resurfacing, curing or cleaning the tub properly with gentle cleaning supplies, but after Stuart's masterful work the same tub is now sparkling white and smooth. He arrived at 9 a.m. and was done by 3:30 p.m. Other companies say they can do it faster, but my husband and I were a lot more confident with Stuart's experience, thoroughness and attention to every detail, including his excellent ventilation system that keeps the chemical odor from lingering longer than necessary.
